How often must you check the Dario meter for accuracy?

Not very often. I started out checking mine a lot. After not seeing a lot of change I hardly check mine.

When i use these solutions in a dario meter with dario test strips, what readings are expected? the dog ate my booklet.

The control Values are: Level 1 90-140 mg/dL (5.0-7.8 mmol/L). And Level 2 170-240 mg/dL (9.4-13.3 mmol/L). You can also look on the back of the test strip case and it will show the information. I hope this helps.

do any lancets work with the Dario meter or do they have to be Dario brand?

Any Lance's will work. Strips are dario specific.

Why test accuracy if can't be calibrated?

With the CORRECT calibration solution, you should get you test blood darn close to real blood value. If your blood values are well within the good range, perhaps you don't need calibration, but ask your doctor. When I was testing, I felt testing was important if I didn't follow my diet or was on the borderline for an elevated reading. IMPORTANT - get the correct calibration solution for your machine!!!
