Really nice hook
I like this hook. I don’t really like the longer ones. This one is excellent and not as long. It’s comfortable to hold either way. Works well with soft yarn that tends to split. Has a softer head. I have several good hooks but I grab this one a lot of the time.

Excellent
Clover makes excellent quality hooks. I would like to get a full set of these. The slide amazingly, the ergonomics are good, and they are attractive hooks.

Great Comfort
Great comfort when using. Easy on hands to grip. Best crochet hook I’ve found and I’ve crocheted for over 50 years. Before this I only used Susan Bates hooks as I never liked Boye hooks. Great value for the money. Smooth against the yarn when crocheting.

Happy customer
I crochet a variety of things to sell and I developed tendonitis on my wrist and the base of my thumb. After treatment and several days of not being able to use my hand, I purchased this crochet hook to see if it will help me. I absolutely love it. I have been using it for a few weeks and my wrist or thumb do not hurt at all. Since I purchased this hook, I have purchased several other sizes. Thank you

Not if you have carpal or arthritis
I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I have carpal tunnel and arthritis, the smallness is the hook does not help me. I purchased a set from wish because I’m a beginner and didn’t want to spend too much on something I might not like doing, then my aunt recommended clover to me. I purchased a couple and they do a great job, they’re way smoother than the ones from wish but after a while, my hand would start hurting. This doesn’t happen with the longer ones I have. Anyway, cool product, awesome crocheting but not comfortable after long use.

Goodbye Pinky Pain: Clover Hooks Are a Must-Have for Hand Comfort
I recently switched to Clover crochet hooks after experiencing pain around the pinky-side knuckle of my hand, and the difference has been remarkable. I had previously been using ergonomic hooks with thicker, longer handles, but as someone with smaller hands, I found that design actually made things worse. The length and bulk of the handle forced me to stabilise the hook using my pinky finger, which led to noticeable pain and strain after crocheting. With the Clover hooks, everything changed. The handle is shorter and flatter, which naturally fits my hand much better. I no longer feel the need to grip tightly or support the hook with my pinky. Instead, the hook sits comfortably in my hand, allowing my thumb and fingers to control the movement without strain. Since switching, my hand pain has completely disappeared, even during longer crochet sessions. The hooks feel well-balanced, easy to control, and much more suited to smaller hands. I was so impressed that I’ve now replaced almost all of my old hooks in different sizes with the Clover Soft Touch range, and I consistently reach for them every time I crochet. If you’ve been experiencing hand fatigue or pain—especially around the outer edge of your hand or pinky—it may be worth looking at the shape and size of your hooks. For me, Clover hooks have made crocheting comfortable again. Highly recommended, particularly for those with smaller hands or anyone struggling with hand strain.
