It just works
I have a work laptop with USB C connectors. I have 2 monitors with HDMI, wireless keyboard and mouse with a single dongle for both, USB headset and an Ethernet connection to my router and USB-C to power the laptop and provide all the connectivity. Everything just works. Nothing to complain about. I could stand to have more USB ports either A or C, but I could add a USB hub if I really need it. Nothing needed jow since other connections are only occasionally needed and the laptop has another C and an A connection if I need my scanner or need to connect to my phone.

Great tool for laptops not technically designed for more than one external monitor
A coworker recommended this hub because my laptop was not designed to accommodate more than one external monitor and I needed 2. This works beautifully and it does not heat up my laptop at all. I highly recommend it.

Great for two 22 inch monitors
This device works great for "smaller" monitors. It's compact and has exactly all the ports I need. The connecting could be slightly longer. There is an option to connect a USB-C charger, then to the laptop to charge, but the computer I use cannot be charged by USB-C. The only real negative aspect was that when I connected a 32in monitor and a regular one, it seems to struggle.

I do not recommend this to anyone. I used it a few times when the unit got too hot and cause my laptop and monitor to flicker on and off. I returned it to the vendor and they sent me a 'replacement',, not a new one. Again it caused my laptop and monitor to flicker. I don't trust anything they send me and they won't return my money. So, buyer beware.

Great little dock
I own 3 different models of the J5 mini docks, this one keeps the pace as a great little dock.

Great docking station for new laptops!
This docking station is perfect for my husband's new laptop, so he can use two monitors at home. It is nice and compact as well. We ended up purchasing a second one for his office in another building. I highly recommend!

Works with everything
I have several of these now so I can quickly switch between home, work, and recreational locations, and between working and entertainment uses. Two monitors and a printer, no problem. Recent and older printers and TVs, no problem. On some older TVs, the HDMI port on my recent laptop gives a sound-to-video delay, but the j5 solves that problem too as there is no delay when hooked up through the j5's USB.

Great Quality Product and Works Great
These are great portable docks. I use them with my Asus Zenbook and it works great. I have multiple of them and always recommend them. They work great as a one connector dock for everything.

Returned after 3 days
This product didn't work out of the box. One of the HDMI ports didn't work and I had to keep unplugging and re-plugging the mini dock back in until everything else to work.

Doesn’t work with Mac’s for displays so useless as a dock. Just a glorified usb hub.
