I’ve been ordering Clinique from their website and buying in stores for over 20 years. I have never received a product from them that has been sealed. Note that in stores, Clinique products are kept behind a makeup counter, not where anyone from the public can tamper with them. Likewise, from their website, they ship directly from Clinique, with no public exposure there, either. Most (full sized) products come packaged in Clinique boxes, also not “sealed”. I see a lot of Clinique products for sale on Amazon are less than “full size” products. This makes me think that some companies are buying up extra Clinique bonus bags (“free with purchase”) for a large discount and reselling them here. Most “bonus bag” products are smaller than full size products, more like travel sized, and also, never sealed. At least you can find these products here for less cost per ounce than Clinique sells them for. For example, a 3.4oz size of this product cost $57 when purchased directly from Clinique. Actually, I’d be more concerned about a counterfeit product if I did receive a Clinique product that WAS sealed. Cosmetic and pharmacy products found on store shelves, where anyone could access/open/tamper with them, are required to be “sealed”.

Hi, not sure my mom is the one that uses the cream and it help get a lot with the dry skin. But I’ll recommend you to ask directly to Clinique web site
