Still works well after 3 years!
Just purchased a second one of these after having the first for three years. The first one still works great, I just wanted a second for another room and saw that it was on sale. The first has worked super well for my tiny (fanless, central-AC-less) apartment bathroom in Alabama 🥵. There is noticeably less condensation on the mirror and walls during/after using the shower. I’ve never had an issue with the automatic shut-off working, and I leave it running pretty much all the time. Just remember to change the filter and dust the front grate every so often! The only thing I’d change is that I wish there were a separate button for resetting the filter light, since I can never remember how and always have to double-check (or just leave the light on and write myself a note about when I changed it last…). Small tip: I use the collected water for my indoor plants :)

Great ventilation/ dehumidifier solution for small bathroom
Came back after a few weeks to write a review. Works so well in my small bathroom— I don’t have a ventilation system so needed something to draw out humidity. Sleek, well designed, and very easy to use. I have to take out the water once a week- every 10 days ish. The water basin pulls out easily to dump out the water and slide it back in. Highly recommend for small spaces.

Buy This!
Excellent product! Great size, room doesn't smell musty anymore, collects a lot of water - shocked. When on low you cannot hear it at all. When on high, sounds like a small fan. I run them all day on low in two different bedrooms and the air smells fantastic! This small thing does a BIG job on both purifying the air and getting the humidity down to sub-mold levels. Happy!

Truly portable, small, and works
Almost perfect. I keep it in my already tightly packed bedroom closet which is a mold trap for lack of sunlight or ventilation. It works and on low only needs the captured water removed about every third day. The problem with it on high is that it’s very loud. However low is soft and I can’t hear it from bed.

It works really well. I wouldn’t consider it super loud, it feels like white noise almost.

Amazed at how much water it collects!
We live in a VERY humid environment, more so in the summer where the temps get up to 120 degrees with 80-90% humidity. The water literally runs off the glass here in summer! So we were concerned about all the electronics we have in our office being affected by the moisture, even running the AC 24/7 doesn't fix the issue. When we got this unit a few weeks ago, in the first day alone this little bugger collected almost a full tray of water from the air on our office! Mind you we have only had it for a couple weeks, but hopefully this will continue to do its job. It's small in size and not too noisy (IF you run it on the low speed) even sitting on our office desk. Only suggestion is if you can get your hands on a few extra filters, buy them. Apparently, this company has issues getting filters in stock for a lot of their air purifiers. So snatch them when you can and save them because luck is when you need one, it won't be in stock! Update: April 24, 2019 We have now had this little things bugger for 4 months up and running. It is still doing it thing without hesitation. We just got a replace filter notice today, so that means the filter we had lasted about 4 months and we run the unit at least 12-15 hrs a day depending on need and keep it on low speed due to its noise factor on high. I'm sure we will run it 24/7 as summer is fast approaching and temps here are getting higher and humidity is already around 80%! So we will see how it does thru summer and will give another update then. Just wish these filters would last a little longer at $30 a year replacement cost. But so many dehumidifiers don't have a HEPA filter option, so actually glad this does because it now serves dual purpose when we are sitting next to it in the office, knowing we are breathing clean air.

High is very loud, low is hardly effective.
Initial impression; this is 90% fan, 5% dehumidifier, 5% hepa filter. i value air circulation, so that isnt terrible. but this is marketed as a hepa filter/dehumidifier: most of the air flow goes through a loose mesh in the back completely unfiltered, i hardly noticed any airflow coming through the front filter vs the back. honestly for the price its an excellent product, if it was just sold as an air circulator with passive air filtration and very low efficiency dehumidifier. i expected the efficiency of the humidifier: given the restrictions of airflow through the hepa filter; but given that a majority of airflow is not being filtered, i feel like the ad on amazon was misleading, i do not recall ever seeing anything to suggest that any amount of air would intentionally pass unfiltered. (PS, amazon wants me to mention the warmth of the device, and i can say it isn't designed to be warm . amazon also wants me to mention stretch, as if any components were "stretchy? nothing about this was designed to stretch, it doesnt even allow you do add a filter to the back intake by design. overall,, the Value for the money; is pretty good, if you are intending on circulating air with passive filtration and extremely passive dehumidifier, (there doesnt seem to even be a teeny heatsink)) I will have it run for 48 hours and see how i feel about the air quality/humidity. 48 on low, nice and quiet, not very effective dehumidification or filtration. 48 on high, is very loud, but it works. The Low setting is MUCH more quiet than the High setting (like a whispering 35 db vs a talking 55 db) I really like the design shape, i want the back intake to at least have a dust/pet hair filter to keep the unit clean inside

Breathing easier on Day 1
This thing works. I recently started renting a 1-bedroom house that I am absolutely in love with, but something in the bedroom was triggering my asthma (dust, mold, cat hair, maybe pollen, who knows). Every night when I’d get into bed my chest would tighten up and I found myself reaching for my rescue inhaler for the first time in many, many years. I got this because I needed a 2-in-1 purifier and dehumidifier because my bedroom gets humid too and my landlords recommended using a dehumidifier. On Day 1, as soon as I plugged in the Sorbi I could feel it doing its job. I have not needed my rescue inhaler once since using it and I’m sleeping so much better now. The controls are very user-friendly and it’s easy to empty and clean the water tank. As far as sound goes, the high setting is fairly noisy (akin to a large fan running next to you) and the low setting is impressively quiet to me, just above a whisper. It does not prevent me from falling asleep at all. I will say the controls are kind of bright at night, so you may want to cover those if you are sensitive to light at night. But maybe I just need to see if those can be dimmed. And I was awoken before by the sound of water dripping into the tank on dehumidifier mode, so I now switch that off when sleeping and only run that part during the day. I love, love, love this little powerhouse and I will not be without one henceforth. 10/10 highly recommend!

Worked Perfect for My Bedroom!
TLDR: This dehumidifier worked great! Perfect for a standard one-bedroom. Helped lower my average humidity percentage from 70-80% to 45-65% depending on the weather. (PNW weather) Not much to say about the air purifier feature because I didn't buy it for that reason but I cleaned out the filters once in a while and noticed dust being collected. I would compare the sound to a quiet portable AC but I tend to enjoy that kind of white noise so take that with a grain of salt. Would recommend it for smaller spaces that need constant dehumidifying! I was living in a basement suite that would often grow mold along the window sill and the wall of said window. I wasn't sure if it was because of a pipe leaking or just the elements of the PNW seeping in - one thing I know is that it did not help that my roommate had the heater on relatively high. Growing up in a very humid climate, I knew that the room itself felt humid and upon purchasing one of those humidity measurement devices, I found my room measured 70-80% humidity. After trying to see if DampRid would do the trick (spoiler alert, it did nothing), I bought this device! After a few days, it was able to take my average humidity percentage to around 45-65% (higher on days when it rained more) and my room didn't feel as moist and stuffy. I will say, I don't know how this fairs out for a one-time use type of situation but this was great to have on constantly. I didn't quite mind the sort of "very quiet portable AC" sound it made because I enjoy that kind of white noise but if you want something perfectly quiet, then this may not be for you. I found myself emptying the water collector around once a week and it was fairly straightforward. It also automatically shuts off if the tank is full you just need to make sure that the little plastic piece that senses how full the tank isn't wedged or stuck so it can properly signal the device to shut off. Overall, I would really recommend this product if you are looking for something to accommodate your more personal needs. I do not think this device can handle industrial-level dehumidification but it also was not meant for that. In my situation, I didn't need a one-time "dehumidify" and then all done, so I can't quite speak for situations like that but I had it basically constantly going anytime I was home. I also think this is one of the more aesthetically pleasing lower-budget options out there as well and I got many comments saying that they thought it was some multi-hundred dollar super fancy air purifying device (or speaker even) when it was really just a desperate attempt to keep my bedroom from growing mold. LOL Can't say enough good things about it and this already sounds like I was paid to write this but it really helped me during a time of desperate need.

It pulls moisture from the air and we need that badly! Also seemes to do a good job filtering air
It does a good job of collecting moisture out of the air. I was suspicious that the hepa filter would not be very effective but I ran it in a room and did an air quality check using another filter before and after and it did a great job !

Small but mighty
I bought this for our basement bedroom closet to keep my clothes from getting musty smelling. It’s small enough to fit on an end table. It’s a bit louder when the fan is on high but quiet on the lower speed. I empty the tank once every 4-5 days. We have a larger one in the basement but this one is just used as a supplementary one for the bedroom. The HEPA filter is a bonus. I think it’s perfect for a closet or a small room.
