I have had no issues with this in the past few months. For the price the quality has been good. No issues with things plugged in, nothing has broken. It wasnt compatable with my radio trim, but i just filed it wider to replace my old cigarette socket.

I used this socket combined with a trolling motor plug to convert my trolling motor outlet to a more universal 12v outlet when needed for other accessories.It works out well.

I was given a defunct solar system and wanted to get it up and running again. I needed to use a car inverter which had a lighter plug, so I purchased this plug to use for that...The outlet itself is not of a design which allows a decent fit to any of the plugs I have. They all fit very loose and will not maintain even a reasonable connection. The included wiring and fuse holder is of a very light gauge, it looks to be around 18awg. The wiring gets warm to the touch even with a .5amp continious load. The design of this plug is poor to be nice; probably dangerous to be honest.Overall, I choose this plug over other options here because they all seemed to share the same defect, loose connection and poor design. This plug was the cheapest option and in the end it served it purpose for me as a temporary device; I was able to get the system running with the help of this product. But, it's a piece of crap for sure, at least it was a "cheap piece of crap"...😋

Used to add to golf cart. Easy to install. Good quality.

Fits standard socket panel, spade connectors on back. Socket broke on first use. The back was not attached well. See photo. I will glue it and use it but seems to be poor quality control. Instructions specify the wrong hole size for drilling, so measure first if you're drilling a hole.

Installed in my motorcycle top-box. Will charge Nokia phone whilst on the move. I just know it will work fine!

Fitted into my campervan, great for any 12v products like chargers, tire pumps. Very nice finish. Would recommend.

Worked for a couple of days and then the lights stopped working on it,socket still works but that’s not the point.Don’t buy it’s rubbish.
