Dinosaurology (Ologies)
Product ID: 8198078
Could dinosaurs still roam the earth? With this discovery in the ’Ology series, readers come face-to-face with living, breathing dinosaurs. What if dinosaurs had not died out? What if whole colonies of the prehistoric beasts had survived on a remote island off the coast of South America? This adventure in the best-selling ’Ology series offers young dinosaur lovers a tantalizing taste of what that would be like. The year is 1907, and young adventurer Raleigh Rimes is on an expedition to South America with real-life explorer Percy Fawcett. There he discovers the unimaginable: living dinosaurs roaming the rain forest! Presented as a journal detailing their extraordinary (and hairraising) encounters with the amazing beasts — fearsome Tyrannosaurus rex, pack-hunting allosauruses, predatory velociraptors, armored triceratops, and other species — Dinosaurology is filled with flaps and booklets offering dinosaur lore, along with such novelties as a sample of dinosaur skin, a pouch of ground stegosaurus horn, and more.

Dino-mite!
Who doesn’t love an “ology” book. Beautiful binding, really well made, amazing content. These are the best ology books ever. My daughter is 27 years old and has all of your books, but had no idea the Dinosaurology existed. I surprised her with it on Christmas and she loved it! This entire series of books should be in every child’s library. The amount of information is priceless. Great series, great book!

Must buy! Addicting Beware lol
Excellent. I bought the dinosaurology. I meant to take pictures before wrapping it up as a Christmas gift. But will do as soon as he opens it. Great for kids. My Autistic 18 yr old son asked for dragonology from Santa and because he likes dinosaurs since forever bought this one too. This Dinosaurology book is to me a tad better than the dragonology because they have a feeling patch on the story, but both are Great gift from young to even my age. Books are addicting once you see it. Beware lol.

Love!
Love! We love these sets of Ologie books! We have a few different ones. They are very nice books. Usually the Ologie books have many page inserts like little notes to pull out of the pages, or little pieces with textures but this one does not have much. It is still a very nice book, but my sons favorite parts of these books are the little hidden pull outs and this one did not have them. (He loves Illusionologie and the one with monsters, those are very good ones with many pull outs)

Brilliant illustrations
I love dinosaurs in general. When I saw this on Amazon I instantly wanted it. The illustrations are amazing! I also love the little story line as well, and the information on dinosaurs that I didn’t know about. Overall it’s a must read!

Fun and informative!
This book is amazing! So full of information and pictures. We bought it for my husband's cousin who was 10 at the time. He absolutely LOVED it! Heck, I loved it! I told him if he didn't like it, I'd gladly take it and give him something else. Haha!

Awesome book series, but damaged spine.
I love the Ology books. I got another one that had some spine damage, but this one came with a tear in the spine. I wouldnt mind it so much if it weren't for my 4 year old who is obsessed. I plan to keep these safe for a long time and read a little bit to him little by little so he doesnt hurt it. I would have given 5 stars if the book hadnt been damaged.

great book, great series
great book, great series. Get these books (any of them) when you need to buy for a child and you have NO idea what to get them. Our kids are 11, 10, 6 and 4 and they are ALL fascinated by the tiny notes, letters and other secret and wonderful surprises tucked into these books. They are the kind of thing kids pour over again and again. Our kids now want every single book in this series...cannot recommend them highly enough, and I am a book snob who is very picky about what our kids read.

Great present for kids who love to learn
We purchased this book for our grandson as he asked for any " ology" book. He has the Wizard and Dragon ology books and he was stoked to get another book. He loved it so much we bought him 3 more for his upcoming Birthday.

Visually very good
I purchased this for my 4 year old grandchild aware it may be a bit old for her but the reaction when she opened it was fantastic. There were fewer inserts than I expected but she absolutely loved it. It will be treasured for a long time, I think.
