This spray works. I posted a picture of my deck after spraying my sneakers on it. The water just beads up. ! They saved my saved my $200 Reebok pumps. I was at a concert and someone spilled there alcohol type cider on them. It was almost a red solo size cup. The cloth part on my sneakers when I reached the bathroom had beads of the drink on them. I quickly washed them of and wiped them with soap and water to make sure my sneakers didn’t smell like fermented fruit. This stuff protected my sneakers. I did clean them good when I got home and reapplied the spray. It also stopped a nasty rust stain on a cloth white pair of my sneakers. The stain came out with a little bit of work. The spray definitely needs to be done in well ventilated area. I keep my sneakers in boxes, so I leave it out for a day or so afterwards to get the smell off but unless less you put your nose to it you won’t smell it after 12-24 hours. It hasn’t changed the color of my sneakers. I’ve done 12 pair between mine and my sons. He’s 5 so he’s rough on shoes. It really has made his sneakers look newer longer.

Bought some new sneakers for myself and my son. First day he walked to school in them, he crosses over a sports field, and his socks get wet. 8 hours later he is home, takes off his still wet socks, feet are all wrinkled. He tells me the shoes are good, but it is like a mesh in the front top, so his feet got wet and he just walked around in wet socks all day. Saw this and thought it was worth a try. Super easy, spray it on your shoes. Do it outside! It smells just like spray paint. Says you can do two coats, wait about an hour between. I did two coats, waited about 24 hours between. It may have made the shoes a tiny bit darker, but maybe that was just when I was spraying it and it was still wet. Didn't take any before or after pictures, but if there was any change it was not noticeable. Next day my son walked to school he came home without wrinkled up feet. He did tell me his sock was a little wet, but not sure if it was from walking through a wet field or from sweat. It was a whole lot better than the last time! I then applied to my new sneakers, but have not had the need to walk through a wet area yet. Two coats, on two pairs of shoes, and I am guessing about 1/3 of the can is left (had to judge). So should be enough for at least 3 pairs of shoes.

We've purchased this repeatedly as it does offer water resistance and stain repellent. It does not make things water proof or stain proof of course. Worth purchasing to protect what you care about

This kiwi air freshener smells nothing like kiwi though I am still pleasantly surprised by how amazing it does smell! Makes my whole house smells incredible! I thought it was kiwi scented but I now realize kiwi is an air freshener brand! They seem to only make the one scent though which is fine by me!

On my shoes did a good job, but do not step your feet in a deep puddle Because you were properly messed up your shoes

I use this on nearly every non-leather shoe that I buy. It helps keep shoes looking nice longer.

This KIWI Shoe Waterproofer sneaker protector is PERFECT or the best I have used. I always have a new can of this when I get new shoes. Water doesn't stand a chance, from Superstars to Jordans to hiking boots! Most dirt easily wipes away with a slightly damp paper towel. It's a must for me, and if you're questioning it, you'll be very happy with your purchase! One can put out about 5-6 coats on most low tops.

I used this one several of my favorite shoes. I used it one both tennis shoes and a pair of high tops. The high tops are super easy to clean and keep clean but my white tennis shoes are not. This does not protect against scuff marks like I was hoping but it does keep them water proof. I sprayed several coats on them outside and let them dry. It's been on my shoes for several months now and I think they need a new coat soon, so this does not last for life with the shoes and you will have to reapply
