I will be totally honest, when I bought these I was not expecting them to be as nice as they are. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on something that would rarely get used. When I opened the box and saw how well made they were I was surprised. I have only used them a couple of times but they have worked when I needed them.

This kit was worth every bit of the price to me. It saved me a ton of money. For the longest time, I would take my vehicle in for a combined oil change/tire rotation. It was cheaper that way--the tire rotation being far easier for them. The main reason that I purchased this set was that when I went to change my oil myself earlier this year, the bolt did not want to come. I suspect someone used an impact gun when it was last changed. In any case the plug that was on the oil pan rounded off. I ordered this kit, found the right size in the kit and was able to get the plug removed without any issues. Of course, I had to purchase a new plug, but that cost was trivial compared to potentially having to drill things out or have it fixed professionally. Even if I just use the kit this once, it will more than pay for itself as it eliminated the need to try other things to remove the plug. I attached a couple of images. One shows the rounded off plug and the other shows how the extractor bit into the plug bolt. I highly recommend this kit. If you do a lot of vehicle maintenance or work with bolts often, you probably will find use for a kit like this at some point.

The perfect tool. I tried everything to get this stuck transmission bolt out. I hammer on the 7.7mm socket to the damage bolt and it pulled it right out. They seem very durable and have good grip. The off sizes make stuck bolts easy to remove and definitely saved the day.

Après de multiples recherches, j'ai essayé de trouver le meilleur extracteur pour boulons carrés de petites tailles. - J'ai eu un souci pour tourner (fermer/ouvrir) un robinet de radiateur, la clé d'origine étant perdue, et les différents clés que j'ai utilisé ne marchant pas. - J'ai donc décidé d'utiliser un extracteur en scellant le tout (j'ai mis de la pate epoxy dans le boulon pour que les parties non carrés tiennent). - Le tout est donc scellé et l'ouverture a été facile. Ps: Mon erreur de débutant a été je pense de ne pas bien mettre de dégripant avant de tourner, mais c'était déjà trop tard, d'ou l'utilisation de cet extracteur.

Exzellente Ware, stets hervorragend sortiert in der Box. Ich hatte eine Schraube am VW Bus, die ausschließlich mit diesem Werkzeug gelöst werden konnte. VW weigerte sich, mir das Teil zu verkaufen und die Reparatur auszuführen. Insgesamt erstklassig und absolut empfehlenswert.
