Amazing
Must say a bit concerned at first as very hard initially, but after about 50 - 100 miles seat is much more comfortable and makes the ride on my road bike so much more comfortable...a real joy to have and will no doubt improve more in time!

Lovely looking saddle that arrived very fast in excellent condition complete with its own little sachet of conditioner. It's for my partner to put on their bike soon as he has another Brooks on his other bills which he loves so wanted one for his new bike as was so impressed with the last one. He is going to get many years of happy riding out of it and the bronze colour accents make it look elegant and different.

Saddle is first quality, looks great on my wife's bike. One comment, she @ 125 lbs is not heavy enough for the suspension spring to have any affect. The saddle is stiff! Hoping it will break in later with use.

Ich habe seit einigen Jahren einen Brookssattel und es hat mich immer gestört, wenn an meinem Ersatz-Fahrrad ein gepolsterter Gelsattel war. Nachdem ich mir ein neues Rad gekauft habe stand fest, dass ich auch für dieses Rad einen Brookssattel bestellen werde. Der Sattel hat einen durchaus gerechtfertigten Preis. Der Sattel ist die ersten hunderte Kilometer hart und unbequem, aber das Durchhalten lohnt. Wenn man die Möglichkeit hat ihn auf kurzen Strecken " einzureiten",ist es nicht so schlimm und man hat bald einen individuellen und total bequemen Sattel, bei dem einem auch auf langen Strecken, der Hintern nicht weh tut.Es ist schlimm, wenn mir ein Fahrrad geklaut wird. aber wenn das Fahrrad einen solchen Sattel hat, ist es nicht nur ein finanzieller Verlust.Der Sattel wurde mit einer Regenhaube, die im Lieferumfang war, geliefert. Wenn der Sattel nass ist, dauert es schon einige Zeit bis er wieder trocken ist. Man sollte daher in regelmäßigen Abständen das Leder einfetten, damit der Sattel nicht soviel Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann.
