Another Excellent Godox Trigger
I think I have all the previous versions of Godox triggers, I have to admit I still use them all I tend to use the first one I find as they work on most of the Godox strobe lights or at least the ones I have anyway, I have the Godox X3 but when this one came out what interested me the most is the fact that this will work with a few selected Neewer lights if they are upgraded to the latest firmware version, I have one of those lights the Neewer Q4. I will say I tend not to upgrade any of my strobe or constant lights firmware as they have always worked as I would expect and I never felt the need to but I upgraded the firmware on my Q4 then I got a bit carried away and updated the firmware on all my Godox lights that had a newer version than the ones I had installed as well, the process is reasonably straight forward and easy. So first I tested this with my Godox lights as these are what I use the most and as you would expect it works perfectly straight out of the box of course you need to set the same channel number and a group letter that’s on the strobes but that is the same for any kind of strobe/wireless trigger system I had no issues at all. So then came the next test to see if it would trigger the Q4 and I am happy to say it does and I was able to use it with my Godox strobes as well. I did have to do something slightly different and that was to set an ID number which I have never done in the past but thinking of it I probably should have I have loss count the amount of times I have gone to a location and set the Channel number and Group letter to something I thought no one else would be using only for it to be triggered by another photographer and I am hoping that setting the ID could help to eliminate some of that happening. When this worked on my Q4 it had me wondering if it would work with the other Godox triggers I have and surprisingly it works. The Godox X3Pro is slightly bigger than the Q3 you have a bigger screen so this makes it even more easier to see, and the touch screen is very responsive and quick, it is very easy to use especially if you have used any of the previous Godox trigger versions you will be up and running in no time and if you have not you only really need to remember to set the same channel number and group letter on both trigger and strobe light. There are many features on this I guess one of the main ones is being able to use colours for the group letters if you have a new enough Godox light unfortunately my Godox Strobes are too old to have this feature but it is good to know I have the ability to when I eventually upgrade up my Godox lights to newer versions. I love the bluetooth feature if you install the Godox app on your mobile phone you can control the trigger with your phone setting the strobe lights power levels which I have been using more than I thought I would. The quality of the Godox X3Pro is excellent it is strong and durable and will last for a very long time if treated correctly it has a sleek look and it is very well designed from the look of the trigger to the menu system and buttons on the trigger Godox has thought of the photographer needs when producing this, and this is one of the reasons why I use Godox products. I have been using this mostly on a Canon EOS 90D but I also tested it on a Canon EOS 7D and it works with no issues. Overall I am very happy with the Godox X3Pro I feel it is a fair price for the good quality and I would definitely recommend it.

Great trigger but very tight fit on hotshoe
Great flash trigger, use it with my Lumix S1iiE and a Godox V1 Pro for off camera flash with a big softbox. One thing to note, it's a VERY tight fit on the hotshoe and I found it extremely tricky to get on and off, needing alot of pressure to get it to budge. I ended up using a Neewer hotshoe extension cable which allows the unit to connect to the camera but be removed quickly with a minimum of stress.

È decisamente più grande dell'X3. PRO: • Schermo OLED eccellente: Da 2,4 pollici, è luminosissimo e si legge perfettamente anche sotto il sole diretto. La gestione di 4 gruppi contemporaneamente sulla home cambia la velocità del workflow in studio. • Batteria infinita: La batteria integrata da 2900 mAh è inesauribile. • Controlli Ibridi: Il touch è reattivo come uno smartphone, ma la presenza della ghiera fisica laterale è fondamentale quando si vuole precisione millimetrica o si usano i guanti. • Qualità costruttiva: Lo zoccolo in metallo dà finalmente una sensazione di robustezza professionale. L’aggancio rapido a slitta è solido e veloce. CONTRO: • Dimensioni: Non è "tascabile" come l'X3 nano; occupa il suo spazio sulla fotocamera, simile a un trigger tradizionale. • Custodia: Viene fornito con una sacchetta morbida invece del case rigido dell'X3, peccato perché lo schermo è grande e meriterebbe più protezione in borsa. In sintesi: Se sei un professionista o un appassionato che usa spesso più flash, i pochi Euro di differenza rispetto al modello base sono l'investimento migliore che puoi fare. Awesome product for all skill levels
I’m pretty new to off-camera flash, and the Godox X3 Pro made everything way less intimidating. The touchscreen is super clear, and the menu is easy to understand even if you’re not a “tech” person. Pairing it with my Godox lights took only a few seconds, and it’s been reliable every time I’ve used it. I love how compact it is, and the angled screen makes it easy to see while shooting. If you’re a beginner who wants to get into flash photography without feeling overwhelmed, this is a perfect starting point. Highly recommend!

Super déclencheur
Ce déclencheur me semble être le plus simple à utiliser, avec son interface tactile en couleur. En ce qui me concerne, il me permet de piloter le petit flash IT30 pro récemment acheté, mais également mon Neweer Z2 ( configuré en mode RX compatible ) sans aucun matériel intermédiaire, et tout autre flash compatible Canon (Yongnuo 600 EX RT II ) via un récepteur Godox X1R-C. Tous ces flashs sont paramétrables,tant en puissance, en zoom, synchro...par le déclencheur, ainsi que les modes M, Multi et TTL. Ce déclencheur peut également servir d'intervalomètre au moyen d'un câble le reliant à l'appareil photo. J'ai choisi le X3pro plutôt que le X3pour les raisons suivantes: L'écart de prix n'est que de 5 euros, Le sabot de flash est métallique au lieu de plastique , Il est équipé d'une aide à la mise au point (lumière rouge située sous le déclencheur) , Il peut être piloté par un smartphone au moyen d'un logiciel Godox disponible sur le site du constructeur (même si je n'en ai pas forcément l'utilité aujourd'hui). Autres possibilités, via les récepteurs X, tous les flashs dédiés aux différentes marques d'appareil photo peuvent être declenchés. Pour conclure il me semble que c'est aujourd'hui le meilleur déclencheur du marché et je ne peux que le recommander, même s'il est un peu plus cher que les autres...

Glad I waited for the Pro
Love this thing. It made shooting an event and running a photobooth at the same time with a single camera manageable due to how quickly it is to turn on and off lights and adjust power. I even bought one for a friend. I'm also a big fan of the push button for the speed it takes to put on.
