Follow directions
I love Mushroom supplements. Use as directed. If I use too much, it'll make my nose run! 😅 I do feel sharper and more focused w/o coffee style jitters.

Great vitamin!
This product is great for someone that wants to naturally boost their immune system, energy, and memory! It’s super easy to use. You can add it in your water, smoothies, or juice! The taste isn’t bad so it’s easy to swallow. This will last a while so it’s definitely worth purchasing! Will buy again and you’ll feel great once you start taking this regularly.

Literal! no te da hambre.
