I can't comment on the quality apart from that they seems good to me. This form of Magnesium being more easily absorbed than the cheaper carbonate type. These are also very good sized, easy to swallow Magnesium tablets (although I never have any problemsin that respect). Magnesium tabs I've had in the past are often really huge, these are what I'd call normal sized capsules. I take magnesium as it really helps with my heart palpations (not actually palpations according to doc, but extra electrics around the heart which make it just feel like it). I found they work a treat and I only get the odd irratating flutter if I've forgotten to take one for a while etc. It might relate to a calcium deficiency I have (didn't turn up in any test, but a scan showed slight deficiency on bone density, so my body is obviously nicking calcium from around my body to make up for it). Anyway, so I now take a calcium supplement (plus a vitamin D3 one) and I have read that a calcium imbalance can lead to a magnesium imbalance too. So if you take calcium it might be wise to take a magnesium supplement too (plus vit D which helps everything). Anyway, to cut a long boring story short, magnesium helps my heart flutters (electrics going heywire), and I have been taking these particular brand for over six months (though I've been on chetlated magnesium for about 3 years, just another brand, who's product changed so I decided to switch to these) and they are working for me, with no ill effect so far. I actually take one in the morning and two with dinner, because I tend to forget about lunch (or at least forget to have the tablets with me then).

Good quality magnesium supplement with a well-rounded blend of different forms. Easy to take and seems well tolerated. Bought this a while ago and it’s been consistent with no issues. Nice option if you’re looking for a combined magnesium formula.

I bought this item on recommendation from someone at the gym after moaning about suffering from DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) every time I complete a work and had been experiencing this for decade. Additionally, for reading the multiple positive reviews, i decided to buy it. I have just completed the whole bottle after 60 days and religiously took them AM and PM after eating something. Not expecting Miracles, however I couldn’t tell the difference. Nothing impact on my body or even elevate my mood. Only that my knee joints had got better since taking the tablets, but would I purchase again especially at that price, doubtful. Felt it was another vitamin gimmick. Going back human nature, continue with healthy food and maybe a massage once in a while.

defo, helped with calming and reducing anxiety for a while. I use it every 3 months with taking a break inbetween for couple of months, so that my system doesn't stop absorbing the positive effects. Just worried in case my system gets use to it, familiar or compliant with it, it may stop working.

Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar, el envase es práctico y la composición del producto es correcta y clara, sin ingredientes innecesarios. Como aspecto mejorable, siempre se podría ajustar un poco el precio, pero teniendo en cuenta la calidad y la duración del envase, me parece una opción muy sólida. En general, es un suplemento que volvería a comprar y que recomiendo a quien busque un magnesio eficaz, bien tolerado y orientado a la relajación y el descanso.

Ich habe diesen Magnesium-Komplex inzwischen schon mehrmals gekauft und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden damit. Ich nehme ihn abends und habe für mich deutliche positive Veränderungen festgestellt: Ich schlafe besser und ruhiger, meine früheren Muskelkrämpfe sind verschwunden und insgesamt fühle ich mich ausgeglichener und weniger gereizt. Besonders gefällt mir auch die Kombination aus drei verschiedenen Magnesiumformen – Citrat, Bisglycinat und Taurat. Für mich hat sich dieser Magnesium-Komplex sehr bewährt und ist inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil meiner täglichen Routine. Da ich ihn bereits mehrfach nachgekauft habe, kann ich ihn aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung wirklich empfehlen.

I cannot say enough good things about this supplement. It’s helps immensely with sleep. I’ve also noticed that I haven’t felt “blue” in quite some time. I truly believe that this helps overall mental and physical well being.
