Bought this for my wife, didn’t work at all as suggested. Arranged a return, drove 30 mins each way to drop it off only for the drop off shop to message me to say they need a 6 digit code to complete the return. The seller did not provide this code so I had to drive 30 mins each way again to go and collect it. I then asked for the seller to arrange collection, they sent me instructions to do this but as I work away I could not complete this on time. Then the seller refused to refund as I was out of time and to top it off Amazon agreed with them. In short don’t buy it, it’s not worth it and when you realise they won’t enable a return for you. If I could give no stars I would.

I followed instructions to take my measurements. Ordered L, which should have been 37" at smallest adjustment. Smallest adjustment is actually 44" therefore far too big. Instructions re return says "protective plastic must be in place", but there was none on ! Next size down i.e. M costs twice as much. How come? Very disappointing.
