Exactly What I Needed
It's a USB to USB-C cable. Used this to create a custom arcade controller. Works great so far with no issues.

Almost ruined by Thunderbolt 4 port - way too tight
The USB-C connector is way too tight, plugged it into my Mac Studio and really struggled to get it out, trying really hard to be gentle and to not damage the port. Would NOT recommend.
