Updated Review (April 2026) I originally purchased this in January of 2025. Like most of you I chose to ignore the reviews mentioning leakage. I was very satisfied with it the first couple of months. After about 2 or 3 months I decided to do a thorough cleaning and took it apart and then put it back together. After this thorough cleaning I did notice that the spout was indeed leaking. There was a pool of Cold Brew at the bottom of the fridge. Obviously it was too late to return to Amazon past the 30 days. And although it is still within the 3-year warranty had I purchased the insurance warranty I guess in this case I regret not doing so. What's worse is that I see it is being sold for $180 when originally I bought it for about $100. Do not waste your money there are better options out there. Original Review (Love this dispenser. Wish it was a bigger size especially for those of us that make larger quantities of coldbrew regularly.)

I love this cold brew maker. So easy to use. Not cheap material. Great quality. So easy to clean and brews delicious coffee. Definitely need to use coarse grounds but dang I have used it religiously since I bought it and no longer go to Aroma Joes!!! I have saved sooooo much money.

This was a gift and is still being used by my cousin. She loves it.

Update: There's a nozzle in the bottom that can loosen over time. You just have to tighten it and you're good. Been about a year since I last tightened the nozzle and no leaks. 10/10 After two months of use, the carafe started leaking all over my fridge. Very disappointing since the coffee this system makes is very good. Hoping customer service can make this right So I can update this review in the future

I really wanted to love this because our cold brew maker needed an upgrade. The nozzle drips at odd times. No matter how tight we tighten it, it will begin to drip at random times. The only thing that would fix it was opening the nozzle all the way and closing it again but within a few hours it would be dripping all over the fridge again. We tested it multiple times just to see if it was user error but there was no guessing when it would start leaking again. I can’t believe how much this thing costs and the nozzle doesn’t even work.

Easy to use, clean, disassemble, and reassemble. I haven’t experienced leaks. I don’t like that it’s heavy but otherwise it’s a great product. I saw a small crack in the first one during the warranty period, but customer service sent a replacement quickly.

We were buying iced coffee almost every day. Now we can easily make some the night before and it's ready the next day. Easy to use and tastes great. No issues at all, and really doesn't take up that much room in the refrigerator. The only thing is that we drink so much coffee it's gone after a day or two. If you are looking to save money too, I highly recommend.

You can make cold brew with pretty much any containers. But this one look pretty.

Got this as a christmas gift from my husband last year. First time I used it,it worked great but second time I used it,it was fantastic for the first 30 min after the brew, then it leaked all over our fridge. Not impressed. Upon checking the reviews a little more thoroughly we discovered a trend of these with a same issue. The little velve on underside of it was loose and that was causing the leak. We tighten the valve but it still leaked. Save your money.

Coffee dribbles out slow if it’s less than half full. Pricey for mediocre quality.
