Excellent trap, more than a trap, I would call it an instant rat killer.I had severe problems of bandicoots at my place, have tried several methods to get of it, all in vain.That's when i saw this product and tried it. In the very first attempt, it killed a bandicoot almost instantaneously. and hence repeated it with baits (coconut) again , with the same result.But please be very careful as its very powerful and could damage / fracture your fingers / hand, if not handled carefully.

Excellent product but little pricy.those who face rat menace, should have one piece, this item. It will save your car from such menace.Very effective. Build quality is very good.Spring quality and elasticity is very good.

Excellent product, easy to use and its nightmare for rats.But we should be careful while keeping trap.

Fabulous product. Does it's job effectively. Got rid of two big rats in two successive evenings with 100% kill success. A bit hard to arm but that's required. Also, make sure to put the bait before mounting the metal arc. Once mounted, DO NOT TOUCH from sides or front, only back else it is strong enough to snap fingers. Build quality is quite sturdy.

This item working properly, and good for low-mid size rats, but not working with big size rat, even after 3 try, that rat still alive, it only hurt little to that big size rats, then I prepared some mortin poison few days that's only worked

Black Cat Rat Trap - it does what it says!!!Used it for the first time last night and caught its first rat - it's HUGE!...the spring mechanism is very hard to open to release the rat - but hey - it did the job! FYI - I used a hard chewy sweet under the catch and surrounded the load area with oats as bait ...oats were eaten and once it tried to snag the sweet - the trap sprung into action!...great item! would recommend!..

10/10. Would absolutely recommend to anyone currently hosting unwanted furry guests. Please don't let the weak of heart see the packaging it comes with. Its a box, with a dead rat pictured, close up of his dead little face... be warned.This trap is seriously strong. I had a rat the size of a Shetland pony roaming around in my pool shed. I baited this with nothing more than a bit of cheese and, within less than a week, the problem was very efficiently resolved. 🐀💀The trap itself is incredibly sturdy — so sturdy, in fact, that I don't need to buy another one. Which is unfortunate for the manufacturer, but fantastic for me. 😂It did exactly what it was supposed to do, with an instant result and no prolonged suffering. Did exactly what I got it for. I followed the recommendations and let the rodents get used to the setup before setting the trap. Worked first time. Definitely the best Rat Trap I've seen and used. Recommended.

Awesome trap, finally caught a rat after months of frustration. Just ordered a second one.

Caught a rat and a few mice so far. Took a while to get used to baiting the trap, make sure the bait once put on the hook/trigger is not touching the base (not as easy as it sounds). I found peanut butter chocolate is the best bait.Be careful of your fingers, this is a powerful trap.
