Extremely bad and faulty product

Its just not good. Please do not buy. The product is faulty and doesn't work . Moreover the customer service is horrible. They will keep procrastinating but not help you at all.

Please don't get this product, if you are looking for good sound along with some bass.

I'm extremely dissatisfied by this speaker, it was available for sale and brought it for some 700 rupees. This goes as a waste and it would definitely go into garbage after using it for at least a month. Hence, I'm returning the item today.

Would have been with battery and Bluetooth connectivity.

Should have been with Bluetooth connectivity and battery. Doesn’t work without power input. Great sound as it is a stereo speaker (dual) and not mono.

If any prime customer prepay for some order, it doesn't make you liberty for handing over item to any other one without consent of genuine receiver...You did it in regards of my this product.
