Modifications made by company Void HP warranty and support
Just an FYI to future buyers. The modifications that are made to this PC (i.e. memory upgrades, HD upgrades) Void the HP warranty. This means that you are unable to use the HP support tool that scans and identifies your PC for driver updates and specific documentation for your specific model/serial number. A real pain. I tried calling HP Support and they said because of the modifications they could not help me.

Not Good
The problem with this PC is that it has basically no ability to expand. The whole point of the desktop format is that you have lots of room inside to add a second drive, sound and graphics cards, etc., but this one doesn't. This wouldn't be a problem if it were less expensive, but it's a big drawback at the current price. I'm very disappointed for that reason.

Had to return cause of defective hard drive.
After spending a couple days setting up this computer, I discovered it would not turn off or go to sleep. Even though this is a HP, the warranty is not through them because it’s been altered through the seller. When I got hold of the seller who on phone had me mess around with that for quite a long time decided that there was a defective hard drive and that I needed to send it back in. That was way too much of a hassle for me and worried that I would not be able to return it within the 30 days so I ended up just returning it and buying a HP through Costco. Where it had all the proper warranties and that would work just fine. The difference is it didn’t have the 2TB. If you do purchase this, make sure that you can put it to sleep and that it turns off before you move all your information into it.
