M Snake & Reptile Mite Predators

Used in Bioactive Viv, worked extremely well and saved me for scraping the substrate and starting again - well worth the money

Was after something natural to fight snake mites for a Baby kingsnake that was infected with them after coming back from a reptile shop, I didn't want to use any chemicals as i keep spiders as well so don't want to risk anything in the air that may affect them. After some good research about them discoverd that they are naturaly found in some snake holes or burrows or where they hide in some countries and will naturaly keep the snakes free from mites. Sooooo I decided to fight mites with mites thease things are tiny even smaller than snake mites but once you dump them Into the enclosure they begin there mission of full scale apocalyptic war against the snake mites killing them and killing any that are attached to the snake and then go on to destroy any eggs that have been layed, then once the mission is completed they simply die off thats it and bring absolutely no stress to the snake at all they are a must I used two of thease as treated my other 2 kingsnakes aswell incase they had spred to them did this over 2 weeks and cleaned each enclosure out and put fresh bedding in before I added them and after 2 weeks my baby kingsnake is completely snake mite free and my other snakes showed no signs of them either so im over the moon with them i will 100% use it agin for any new snakes i purchases in future as a precaution as they honestly are little miracles

Superb product, used many times, highly recommend for the control of reptile/snake mites. Use when an infestation has occurred to get rid of pest mites & I would recommend using periodically to prevent the occurrence of mites. Particularly useful in naturalistic setups 👍👍

Brought this for my ball python there was some sort of mite in her viv pretty sure it wasn’t a snake mite leaning more to a mite from substrate she had visible mites in her brought this and within a week huge difference mite free couldn’t see any, will defo be buying again even just as a preventative measure well worth the money and solved the problem first time and being free of chemicals and any solvents they won’t harm your reptiles and add to the problem.

These work brilliantly. For bigger Viv's (over 4ft X 1ft) and more serious infestations, get a bigger size. More is always better so if in doubt size up. Always treat every viv as cross contamination is very likely even if you can't see them. Always clean out the entire viv thoroughly first and bathe the pet if poss. Mites seemingly come from nowhere! I have had snakes and lizards for over 10 years and only now have had any mites.

A little expensive for a small bottle, but worth it in a way. These Taurus Mites did the trick and got rid of the parasitic mites my Royal was having trouble with. Would recommend 100%

I'm amazed by how well this worked! My new snake came with a nasty mite infestation, and for months I used chemical treatments and only managed to keep the mite numbers low, it could never kill all of them. My two other healthy snakes then showed up with mites, and I purchased taurrus mites the day I noticed. They took about a week to arrive, but once they did its only taken a week for all signs of mites to disappear! I'll still keep a close eye on them but it seems that one medium tub was enough to quickly treat mild infestations in three snakes :)
