First size for swimmers

I've used them a few times in the pool and they are a great addition to the training kit - and it's already helped me improve strength and technique.

I wear adult, size small gloves and the size of these paddles is perfect for me. However, my husband borrows them sometimes and still finds he can use them decently so I'd say that even if you end up getting them and they are slightly small, they still help work out the muscles as well as perfect your strokes. It is a bit awkward getting the 2nd one on once your first hand is in, but I'm guessing that would be the case with any of these. The pieces that hold your hands in place are fitted but really comfortable and have lasted for over 7 months of me going to a chlorinated pool regularly, with no sign of use, so I'm impressed with the quality.
