Review: Works well, arms feel more toned - This certainly does work well - my arms feel more toned after using it, but I've not noticed an increase in muscle strength or bulk. It really does feel like a workout as well - my arms are tired after using it without having to put thought into exercising them. The pads stick to skin really well and peel off with very little residue or stickiness. If you've ever used a TENs machine it's the same sort of pad material. If they're kept clean with the provided cover they should last quite a while. Recharging is easy, it's the same micro-USB charger that just about everything else uses. The buttons are easy to reach and use. Start low and move to the higher levels as you get used to it and it's quite comfortable. The only downside, if you can call it a downside, is that you won't be able to use the arm you're exercising. It makes sense really - the biceps are busy being worked. This makes it ideal for a lazy hour in front of the TV without feeling guilty!
