some of the keys are not working, some of them are misbehaving after 8 months of use (i bought 2 keyboards one months apart, now both are having similar issues), please share customer care no. if any one having? mine location is Mumbai.

Keybord stop working after 6 months mouse quality is too bad

No idea on how to get warranty support. Amazon has a link but takes you to a static Amazon page with the product details — no contact coordinates or support

Don’t buy this. After 1 month mouse is not working. Service also not available in metro city. Not response by Amazon as well as manufacture.

I have had this keyboard and mouse close to a year. Keyboard is very comfortable and silent. Mouse is also very comfortable, however in my experience the mouse has given me the big issue that it constantly needs new batteries. My keyboard has never needed a battery switch since I got it but the mouse, I have had to change the battery about 30 times, this is not an exaggeration. I am going through office batteries like crazy and constantly need to switch it out. I am not sure if they are all like that, or mine was just faulty but that has been my experience. I am not happy about it but other than that, they work great.

I love love love this keyboard and mouse. Especially when work gets busy and I have sensory overload issues, the silence of the mouse and keyboard clicks is so helpful. The keys give that smooth click feeling without all the noise. The size and spacing of all the keys with the extended numerical pad is perfect for someone who works with numbers regularly. But honestly the reason I pick this brand keyboard over any other is the copy, paste, and cut buttons added above the numerical keypad. It gives you extra functional options without having to overwrite other shortcuts you would like to set on your keyboard or without having to hit two keys at once. The mouse does “fall asleep” when not used for a while but it’s helpful for saving battery life. Just gotta wiggle it a little extra to wake it up.

Keyboard and mouse work fine... But, the 'c' and the 'b' keys came reverse. It's fine because I don't look at the keys while typing but it's not fine because I do pay attention to detail. Unfortunately it doesn't look like you can pop the keys off and have to disassemble the whole thing to swap them around. Mouse is nice. Soft click. Keys are firm, quiet, but probably because it's new. Good shape, nice rise built in. Overall, 4.9 starts just because of these keys being flipped!

I previously was using a keyboard provided to me by work and it worked just fine but had the built in wrist rest on it and the keys were too noisy. I was in the market for something sleek and minimal and if it came with a mouse that was a huge plus too. I am very happy with this combo. The keys are virtually mute, The mouse is a perfect size for my hand, and I did not know if it would matter or not but I absolutely love the "sleep mode" after not using them for a while. Overall, I am very happy and would recommend this product!
