I bought the AromaPlan 5 Star Collection Plug-In Diffuser because my home needed a glow-up… but like, in scent form. Let me just say — this is not your average “plug it in and hope for the best” situation. The moment this diffuser turned on, my house went from “lived in” to “boutique hotel where they offer you water with lemon and judge your life choices (nicely).” The scent? Smooth, clean, slightly luxurious — not overpowering, not artificial, just expensive energy. Bonus: It covers everything — cooking smells, dog energy, life in general.

I was super excited to receive this defuser although I was a bit miffed that it came with 2 pre-chosen scents. I bought this defuser because it claimed on the Amazon sales page that the flow of the scent could be controlled manually. When I plugged it in, it quickly filled the room with a cloying headache inducing overpowering scent. We immediately unplugged it and opened all the windows. When I checked the device, it was clear that only way to control the the level of scent is by downloading their very sketchy App. When I looked at the APP sign up, the Aromaplan app wants to collect lots of personal information and requires that you set up email and a mandatory password. A password for a defuser??? I figured that I can't be the only person who has a problem with this. When I doubled back to read the product reviews they appeared to use similar language as if they were generated by bots?? This is one is going back.

This works so well I bought it again, got a separate one for my basement. I have three large breed shaggy shedding stinky dogs and the cost of candles to try a mask the smell of them was just becoming ridiculous. Within half an hour of plugging this in my entire first level of my house which is about 2400 ft.² smelled amazing! Easy to set a daily schedule on the app with the intensity from 0 to 10 that you desire. Highly recommend
