Great quality, looks great, and it’s actual wood! Made my space feel and look fantastic! Got a bit of a smell to it, but it disappears with time. No glue or adhesive was provided with this product.

Super excited about these panels. they are thick and true to dimensions. The wood needs to be put in an area that won't get wet, as it will swell - my recommendation would be to put on top of a baseboard. The felt backing is thick and provides great sound proofing. The overall thickness of the felt and wood slats is 5/8". It is not flimsy like a pole wrap, it is an actual slat wall. If you have to cut the wood, it is a little tricky, but cutting the felt is easy with an exacto knife. Pricing is fair considering the size of the panels - there were 2 panels in each pack. We used this on the back side of a kitchen island and it looks great! I'll add pictures once it's all finished out. The walnut color was a little lighter than expected, but i was able to darken it up with some gel stain. Great product!

I use acoustic panels here at my coworking space, the Functional Loft. I recently purchased dark walnut panels and needed to add more to the wall years later. Since the original panels were no longer available, I had to opt for black paneling. Different maker and slightly different in looks, but the black, sitting not far from dark walnut, still worked. I have a customer that covers meetings, and their voice was known to be thrown across the room with an interesting tone and echo. Setting the paneling horizontal drastically lowered and flattened the echo and carry of the customer's voice. The panels have great quality, weight, and a durable feel to them. I used screws and a staple gun instead of adhesive for future shifting and relocating of the workspaces.

Well made, easy to assemble and my wall turned out good. The biggest issue I have is the crease I can clearly see in the middle. Yes I understand it folds but I think it's an eye sore. To others it may not be a big deal or noticable. From a far you definitely can't see it. If I were to choose over with a pattern without a noticeable fold I would go with something else.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These were perfect for my accent wall that I decided to make. They were a little hard to cut perfectly but that was most likely user error vs the product itself. They were easily to place mine wall with screws and I enjoy the overall look they provide!

The board is as good as I thought it would be,neat and simple to install with good glue can be screwed into the wall if you want too.

I value "peace and quiet" in my home and had been considering installing some "sound deadening materials" to reduce the transfer of noise (particularly lower sound frequencies) from the family living room into my adjacent study. I'd looked online at some specialist acoustic materials but was put off by the high costs and overwhelmingly complicated "facts & figures" re:- "sound reduction",- so when the opportunity arose to review this acoustic wall panelling through Amazon Vine I jumped at the opportunity. The panelling appears sufficiently robust to withstand domestic use and I am pleased with the appearance of the "wood-effect" strips which in my opinion have a crisp and contemporary look. (see photographs included with this review which show the first couple of panels in-situ mounted on my study wall) Whilst I am not a "building materials specialist" I did at least find the panels easy to glue to the pre-existing tiles on my study wall. So far I am pleased with my perception of noise reduction coming through from the family lounge.;- and even if it is only my perception that the panels have reduced the noise transference, well at least I'm pleased with the result! In summary:- although I have no formal way of measuring or proving the acoustic performance of the panels I'm happy with the fresh new look they have brought to my wall.
