Additionally, the manual control option is intuitive and provides flexibility when automation isn't needed. Compatibility: Integration with Alexa was effortless. Voice commands are recognized quickly, and the switches respond almost instantly. The lack of a hub requirement is another major plus, simplifying the setup process and reducing additional costs. Nice product, easy to install and operate, it's been 5 months and device is working absolutely fine. Customer support is great 👍. One issue I faced was continuous toggle of one of the port, however with help of customer support team the issue was resolved. But the solution was to enable manual lock on the switch. To me it looks like device issue and there was no loose connection.
