While it is a bit high in sugar, it has far less sugar than the non-organic, commercial equivalent. It is slightly crunchy but becomes very soft once it has soaked a bit in milk (how my husband prefers it). The cereal was much fresher than what I have gotten from other stores, and I love the larger-sized box. It has a very nice cinnamon flavor and has always been amazing quality, making it a favorite in my household. Review: So Good! - So Yummy.
