nice set and a good price would make a great gift but I bought it for our home to teach my son how to play; and to get him away from phone games and video games if even for just an hour or so.

I was ready for a new board. Didn't apparently see which size I ordered. So when it arrived I was a little speechless. Big. Beautiful. Fun. And it was sturdy. If only the men I meet had the same qualities.

Extra large back gaming set
This is a very nice backgammon set for the money. It's very large and I am visually impaired. The large size helps me a lot. It's not oversized by any means. It's just a larger board and it just makes it more pleasant to play. My husband likes it a lot too

Cheaply made
I was looking for a nice leather board. This was cheaply made. The edges on the board flip up when moving game pieces. I returned immediately.
