GREAT PILLOW - solved two problems! I ordered this pillow (the blue one) as I needed a pillow that provided coolness. It had no odor, but I did remove a lot of the filling (enough to perhaps make another pillow by stuffing a pillowcase cover!). The added bonus is that I wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders. I have tried pillows twice the price and more than this pillow, but none worked. I have used this pillow for two nights and have been cool all night and pain free in the mornings!

Was originally very skeptical and unsure if i would like a pillow that i had to adjust the filling to my liking, but after adjusting it and sleeping with it for many nights i can say it was the perfect choice i made for a pillow! I am a hot sleeper and had bought lots of different pillows to see if they work for me, but after doing research and buying this one i am 100 percent satisfied! You can really feel the gel infused with the very soft memory foam! unlike others, this pillow really is cool to the touch on both sides and sleeping on it is a absolute great experience! I hardly had to adjust it to my liking. Love it!

I really like this pillow overall. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels well made. When you use it without a pillowcase, it definitely feels cool to the touch and does what it claims in terms of that initial cooling sensation. However, once you put a pillowcase on it, you can’t really feel the cooling effect anymore. I’ve tried multiple different pillowcases made from different materials, and none of them really let that cool feeling come through. That said, I still love the pillow itself. It’s comfortable and supportive enough that I’m keeping it. Just keep in mind that the cooling feature works best without a cover, which isn’t ideal for everyone. Overall, a good pillow — just manage expectations about the cooling effect once it’s covered.

Very comfortable pillow. Holds it shape well and you can remove some fill to make it softer to your preference. It is not what I would call a cooling pillow but it doesn’t hold heat and get hot. It doesn’t feel cold when sleeping on it. But very good pillow aside from the the cooling aspect.

I never leave reviews, but I will on this. Absolutely love these pillows. So comfortable! Cooling. I dont wake up in the middle of the night to flip it over.

Only the outer case is cooling. And if you put a pillow case on you cant feel it. As a pillow its fine. But the cooling factor is massively over sold. I tried sleeping without a pillow case and it didnt stay cool for long. They should just sell the outer cover.

This pillow is so wonderful! The cooling effect is helpful. I love that the stuffing level is totally customizable! You can customize your firmness. It has helped me sleep better. It provides great support for my back when I use it to sit up in bed.

Experiences of neck pains urged me to purchase this pillow. Neck pains have gone and I’ve had the best sleep. It’s firm but soft enough it sinks to the position of your head/neck/shoulder perfectly; and when it gets too warm just take off the pillow case and the enjoyment of a cool night is top notch
