Great product. Does what it says it'll do without any fuss. Easy to use and read.
I admit, I just got this product. But, I was able to successfully take a blood pressure reading within two minutes of first opening the box without a glance at the instruction book. There was a big label on the device when I first opened it with their support contact information (at least, they're not trying to hide). I took out the four AA batteries (included) and put them into the back. I noted there was a power cord included that ends in a USB connection, but no AC power. It's not needed if you already have a phone charger "brick"; if you don't have a spare one, they're cheaper to buy than the $20 AC cord. The side of the device had a slider switch that clearly indicated two profiles: I switched it to one, put on the cuff, and after a few seconds it automatically began to take my pressure and pulse. I think inspected the unit a little further and noted another slider switch I don't know the purpose for; I guess, I'll read the manual. The display is large and very easy to read. The controls are super simple to operate, with no app or Bluetooth pairing to mess with. (That was what caused me to return the fancier unit that cost over twice the price: it wouldn't pair. I couldn't figure out how to set it up, either, and the support info was awful. This unit was literally half the price.) Frankly, I couldn't be happier. I have a small, compact device that takes my blood pressure and pulse in seconds. While it has a power cord (USB), I don't think I'll need it as I don't mind swapping batteries occasionally. My one gripe after using this unit: the small carrying case could use a pouch or other compartment to keep the USB power cord separate. That is all.

Reliable and easy to use
I have used this blood pressure measurement system for over 15 years. During that time I have found it to be quite accurate when compared with the readings taken by nurses during doctor visits. It is easy to use and it does not squeeze my arm as tightly as many of the doctors' units do. The battery in the system seems to last forever. I can't estimate how long the battery lasts because I honestly can't remember the last time that it ran down. The monitor could not be easier to use as you simply take it out of the case , put the band around your arm and push the big button on the front of the device. You don't need to plug in a power cord or connect it to a computer or anything else to take a reading. It comes with cords to do those things but you only need to plug it into the computer to download and print out histories of your past blood pressure measurements.

Works like old one did.
The old one died. Tried two other newer models and they were terrible. Tried two other reputable brands, Welsh, was fast but inaccurate, the other was way off. When back to the model 5, and it works. It’s a bit slow, and varies a lot, but seems to average over time to a consistence number like before. The large cuff seems to overestimate, the medium cuff is 2 cm too small but seems to work better.
