Please note this bed is heavy. You will need 2 people to get it inside. My DIL and 19 yo grandson got the bed frame inside and set up. Set up was simple: twist/screw legs on (6), hook up electrical components, flip over the bed, then plug in. Husband was able to use the adjustable bed frame immediately. Note: we ordered the frame and purchased a mattress from a local outlet. Bed and mattress work as designed. Very happy with purchase.

Updating my review. Yes, it was super easy to out together. However, once I got batteries for the remote I found out it didn't work. I contacted the phone number on the manual several times for tech support with no answer. Emailed the email address on the manual which co.es back undeliverable. Was co tacted today by a number that shows up as spam but they say they ae this company. Ok, fine. Talk to person #1 who offers to swap it out for a new one. They transfer me to what is supposed to be another department to process the return and new order. This person wants me to go into zelle, under pay put what seems like a personal gmail account as a payee and then accept refund for them to process the exchange. I ask why they are giving me a personal gmail instead of a company email and they got super rude. They ended up telling me to find another way to resolve it and hung up in me. DO NOT DO BISINESS WITH THIS VENDOR!!! Super easy to assemble. Put together in minutes. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it is heavy and a little awkward to maneuver. But at the same time the fact that it is heavier may also mean that it is more sturdy.

Easy to assemble and very solid/stable -- given its weight, anticipate needing two people to get it assembled and in position without any problems. The base isn't too heavy, in my opinion--it's just heavy enough to be unwieldy if you don't have a partner to help you maneuver it safely. That said, the extra weight translates into a solid base that provides a sense of security in using it. The wireless remote has worked just fine in raising and lowering the different parts of the base, and any adjustments have been made smoothly and quietly. Had no problem at all fitting two Twin XL bases into our king-size bedframe with both leg pieces for each leg. Hard to beat this option for the money unless you have your heart set on having a massaging feature, too.

Been a month and I'm still trying to get it to work. The cord hook-up falls apart, and it takes hours to try to reconnect it without dismantling the whole bed and turning the frame over (Which takes 2 people minimum). I could have paid $50 for a simple twin bed frame that would have been easy to put together, light, and functional. Would have saved $250 and lots of time. This frame is so heavy that if I ever did want to get ride of it it'd be a major pain. Also batteries not included. AA is what the remote uses, I couldn't fine that information anywhere.
