I have been struggling to have a good quality sleep for quite a white due to stress, new environment and etc, and I've researched that Iron is a big factor on that, so I looked for an organic good quality iron that doesn't taste like rust, or give me stomach disruptions. I don’t ever write reviews but since iron deficiency is such an issue for many women and there are so many different options out there, I wanted to confirm that this iron supplement absolutely works and does not make you nauseous! I’ve been taking this for almost two years now and finally my iron levels are no longer low based on my last two years of lab tests. I wanted to wait until my second year of lab tests before writing this just to make sure it was for real and not some fluke! As a 51 year old woman who is primarily vegetarian and has heavy periods, I need to watch my iron levels. I’m so happy to have found this supplement that works. As a bonus, these pills also contain Vitamin C which helps with iron absorption, and B12 which is also good for vegetarians. Fantastic product!

These are great, just one tablet a day will definitely increase you blood cell numbers. It works for me, for my brother and a friend of mine. My doctor was surprised with results after two months of use but then got pissed when I told him that I have actually stopped using FeraMax that he recommended and used Blood Builder instead. The only negative comment I heard from my friend that it does not work quite well when used with coffee. I am taking them in the evening a few hours after I had my last coffee.
