While they may not be designed for competitive racing, they’re perfect for daily training, walking, or anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable running shoe. Overall, the Nike Journey Run shoes offer good comfort, dependable performance, and everyday style. A solid choice if you want a no-nonsense running shoe that you can wear beyond just your workouts. Review: Versatile sneakers. The upper makes the difference. - Very good quality shoes for this price. My impressions: 1. The Flyknit upper feels very soft and comfortable. I don't get the rough, scratchy feel of some lower-quality options. It also disperses heat very well. 2. The midsole is firm, but not overly hard. I find it well-balanced, as it has good shock absorption while still being soft enough to cushion the soles of my feet. 3. They're versatile. For me, especially the black ones with the dark gray sole, they work for casual wear, going to the gym, walking, and short, light runs. 4. I consider them very decent shoes for walking and short runs under 5k.
