Review: Solid cross trainer, leans lifter but still mobile - Solid cross trainers for people with a lifting focus. Flat sole, way less toe spring than many other cross trainers. Wider toe box as well. Result is a more stable shoe with excellent ground contact. Not anchors or lifted like a lifting shoe and excellent side grip which gives it good lateral movement as well. Overall a stylish unicorn of a shoe that meets several needs of both weightlifting and aerobic activity. Obviously this all has trade-offs. Less toe spring and wider box means not as good of a running shoe as some others. Less heel and more flexible lateral movement means not a perfect squat shoe, but this is my pick for a weight lifter focused cross trainer that wants to fit in some cardio and calisthenics in the same workout without changing shoes. Review: Stable, comfortable, true to size. - Got these for weight lifting so I would have a more stable, solid platform for deadlifts, squats, lunges, and other barbell-based exercises. I can honestly say that these have made a big difference for my weight lifting and I feel much more confident in my balance vs. my running shoes which I previously used. I generally wear a shoe with a wider toe box, like Altras, so I was concerned that these Reeboks might feel too tight, but they feel great, not constricting. Sizing felt the to size too - I usually wear a 9.5 and that’s what I got and it fits well. Traction is great in the gym, and flexibility is sufficient without being flimsy. I also get compliments on the color all the time.

Great multi-purpose gym shoe, especially for wide feet
I have wide feet (EEE), and bought this X5 a half-size up to compensate. Fit and comfort was (shockingly) perfect. Plenty of room in toe-box, a bit tighter on the insteps (but they really should be), and nice & grippy on the floor for weight training stability, while allowing for an easy "lift-off" for quick moves when needed. I've used Reebok training shoes before (Legacy Lifters, for more intensive weight training) but they really hit one out of the park with the Nano X5, a perfect gym shoe for a multi-layered workout.

Stable and surprisingly comfortable
My first priority when purchasing these was for stability when training in the gym. I did not expect them to be comfortable. They are stable. But they have surprisingly also turned out to be more comfortable than shoes I have purchased primarily for comfort. These are now my default shoes for walking and daily casual wear. And the white, even after a few months of wear, has remained clean.

Beautiful shoes, but it says wrong size in the announcement
The quality of this shoes is amazing, comfortable and resistant, the only thing that I had to return is because the announcement says woman 8 but it is Woman 7.5. The color is beautiful and flexibility is amazing. This shoes was narrow for me despite of the length was ok.

Really nice looking trainers!
I was looking for trainers that looked good and had enough stability and mobility for CrossFit. These fit the bill perfectly. They are really comfortable and feel stable while exercising and can even handle short runs pretty well. As a sizing guide they are TTS, I got them in the same size as my Adidas Evo SL and Asics Novablast 5.

I recommend this shoe for all exercises.
Fits as advertised. Feels premium. Very stylish cos I wear it to work and gym. Poor breathable and it causes it to smell after extended wear even with my socks. I use it when I am on the treadmill, squat, lunge and aerobics and its comfortable.

I will buy Reebok Nano again!
After trying Addidas RapidMove ADV2, Nike Metcon 6, and Reebok Nano X5 works best for me for the following reasons; Reebok offers the best traction on gym floor when I wipe the outsole with a damp cloth and let it dry before exercising. Reebok offers the right amount of toe width and volume after Nike. Reebok’s lock down is behind Adidas. I can stay tight down to ensure no heel slip. Reebok’s second to Adidas in terms of the durability of the lacing. Nike can break very quickly if I try to tie too tightly. In summary, Reebok may be placed in the middle among those 3 brands in different categories. It is just right for me.

Use those for the treadmill and moderate strength training at the gym I like them

Poor quality. 2 days of use and the adhesive inside the shoes is already coming off. You expect this to happen but not with 2 days of use. Expensive shoes should have better quality
