It has a cover, manual mode is a pain.
It has a cover, which aleviates the need for me to cut up a plastic jug to protect it from water.It also has been working for months watering two areas.However, using it in manual mode to give an area some extra watering, it is a pain to set up. After selecting manual mode, you have to set the time for the zone that you don't want to water to zero. It defaults to watering both zones at once when you enter manual mode. I find myself always having a problem figuring which zone to set to zero. I took off a couple of stars for that. I would buy some other product instead because of that. Also I bought it for 15 dollars or so, now it is 30.

Good enough
Easy to program. Hard to turn on individual valves with the override function. It seems dependable after a couple months.
