Water, condensation while burning Mesquite wood, vinegar, molasses, Caramel color. Personally I like the hickory best

Sorry I don’t eat pork, it is great flavor on all meat including fish, vegetables I use on all meats.

What is the shelf life of this?

The bottle that I purchased has the date "Sep 09 2021" stamped on it, but it does not say "best if used by", "sell by", " nor "expiration date", so I cannot answer your question completely. I think I purchased it some time last year.

Is it concentrated. ?

It’s the same concentration found in smaller containers in the grocery store. I use it full strength on steaks, hot dogs, and hamburgers.

A top notch natural flavor in most of my meat dishes and more!

I've used this product for decades, BUT in the small 4oz bottles. Do your own math yourself and calculate your savings when you buy the gallon size and refil those little bottles! If you have the space - and the volume of use to get this gallon fullly savored in several years - invest in it. The quality is excellent; it livens up meats, in chiles and sauces. I do much of my cooking inside on stove or in oven, and this makes the kitchen feel/smell as though I'm grilling!
