Fluval 20L Betta Aquarium Kit

Amazing super easy set up and perfect for a betta fish not to big but not to small amazing price and the filter is not too strong meaning there is a steady flow and it’s super pretty and can fit anywhere. The tap feature is super helpful meaning no more water spilling using a siphon.

This kit is an amazing tank. Very easy to assemble and the tank is clearly designed for a Beta to live in luxury. The filter flow is perfect and the water is crystal clear. The light is more than suitable for growing a range of plants. I've had really good success with anubias, java fern, Val and Limnophelia sessinoflora whilst also not being overrun with algae. I'm also growing Amazon frogbit which shows how good it is. Overall is a perfect choice for beginners or seasoned fish keepers alike.

This is a great tank for one Betta fish. It has a great filtration system that sits behind the tank out of sight, the heater maintains a temperature pre set. It cleans easily and looks great. My Betta, Toppey, loves it. Assembly is relatively easy and there are several You Tube channels that explain clearly where everything goes if you get stuck. (Written instructions do come with the tank).

Its a nice tank but there are some issues. My heater never got past 22c and the seller was semi-unhelpful - they did respond but they wanted me to pay them a "holding deposit" to return it! God knows why, i have never heard that in my life. I just bought another heater instead in the end because thats insane. One star lost for that. Second star lost as because i have also had to replace the light - the included light is not great for a dark tank like this. Its red toned which means its warm. If you have a blue betta, you'll want to replace it for a light that includes blue, or you wont be able to see the fish. It'd be okay for red, white etc. Also the arm on the light is not bendy so you can't point it toward the black background OR point it down slightly so that it doesn't blind you as a spectator. So another star lost for me also needing to replace the light. These 2 things have massively bumped up the price of an already expensive tank. The filter and pump are good, water is crystal clear when using a blue toned light, and there is enough space for plants and particularly taller plants, and rocks. It could do with being bigger, having a suitable light if its going to be black, and having a heater that can either manage to reach the set temp or has an adjustable temp so you van at least turn it up. A more helpful retailer would be nice too. Id score it halfway. Its good but with a lot of room for improvement considering how expensive it is. I do like fluval overall.

Excellent small 23l aquarium for my Betta. Incredibly easy to set up, perfect size! The light is fine to grow real beginner aquatic plants but anything other than that you may want to upgrade the light unit. The filter flow is spot on, not aggressive, and very quiet. The filter media looks very easy to replace! I like the idea of the tap for water changes. I'm a huge fluval fan anyway due to their tank designs, affordability and excellent durability. If I had more room I would buy multiple ones of these!

Very nice aquarium . Simple to setup and instructions are fairly good. Lighting unit can be attached to a timer and the filtration / pump is very quiet overall (although I had an airlock at first but sorted it by switching off the pump and switching on again, which cleared it. Would recommend to someone as an easy, all-in-one aquarium for a betta.

The only time we hear it is when the water level drops slightly… and that doesn’t last long because my son now proudly follows his little “tank care checklist” like it’s a secret mission. Yes, it cost more than I’d originally planned for a first tank. But watching him check on Barry every morning before school, carefully feeding him, learning responsibility, and even talking about starting a YouTube channel for his fish… That made it worth every single penny. This wasn’t just a tank. It was a memory. It was excitement. It was pride. It was the start of something we now share. Well done, Fluval. Truly.

Really like my new tank. It's perfick for 1 betta and a few shrimp. Before buying i searched for info on the lid and couldn't find any but I can say that yes, it has a perspex lid with purpose cut out edges that allow space for wires and the lamp. It has a removable section to allow for feeding. I wouldn't recommend cutting into it as it could easily shatter or crack the lid, but I don't know why you'd need to. The only thing that's missing in my opinion is a handle to remove the feeder hatch, so I put a sucker with a knob on, on it.

For me.its perfect. Looks lovely planted up and my little betta seems very happy with his new pad So easy to set up and if in doubt there's spot on videos on you tube. Im really pleased and would recommend if you are looking for a tank of this size

La bomba es muy ruidosa para ser un acuario que se anuncia como de salón o sobremesa. No sé si será que mi bomba de agua sea defectuosa. El aislamiento de goma que trae la bomba no es suficiente para el habitáculo en el que se ubica, creo que el problema es que toca en el cristal y transmite mucho las vibraciones. No logro colocarla de manera que no suene. Bonito pero ruidoso y molesto para un salón familiar.
