Works for Corsair 7000D rotated GPU bracket!!
I've tried SEVERAL GPU extension cables, including Corsair's own, and the 15cm version of this extension cable is the only one that properly fits the Corsair 7000D's rotated PCIE bracket for mounting the GPU in the middle of the case. Tested with the Corsair 7000D and RTX 5080 FE and works perfectly! The cable is almost not short enough but just makes the length perfectly without strain once you flex the ends of the cable for that clean look we're all going for. Zero concerns for cable length, and thankfully, not too long like most every other cable (or too short like a few). The only issue was the riser screws from the case was just barely a bit short, so I had to apply pressure from underneath where it screws in, to ensure it seated fully. However I've also had the same issue with even the standard cable, so I suspect it's moreso an issue with the case. Definitely the cable you want for that case. Thrilled to complete my upgrades finally!

Seems to work well with 3080 Ti and Fractal Meshify 2, but expensive
I bought this because it says it was compatible with the Fractal S2 Meshify at 25cm right angle. I returned the 25cm right angle; it felt too long for the case. The 20cm fits perfectly, with enough room for PCIE cards underneath it for network adapters or capture cards. While it does work with the Meshify 2, it does not line up with the mounting holes on the case (nor does it come with any additional standoffs to attach it if it did). The vertical mounting PCIE slots on the Fractal Meshify 2 seem strong enough to hold it without the support, so this isn't a huge problem. You can see the card "floating" in my pictures. The performance of it seems fine. I have not tested this GPU in the PCIE 4 slot directly, but I have yet to notice a performance loss from the riser on my XC3 3080 Ti. My only issues with this is that it has ugly brick red plastic on it instead of being entirely black (which is honestly a baffling design decision) and the cost. The white version is all white, why is the black version not a neutral black or at least black/grey? But it's mostly hidden by the card. I don't want to take a star off for aesthetics, but at this price point... make it look nicer? The price seems a bit high, but this is one of about four PCIE 4.0 risers on the market, so I guess they can get away with it (or the tech is just that expensive).

15cm works at x16 gen4 with ASRock Taichi x670e with 7950x and 3090 ti and corsair 7000d
The 15cm "ultra" works reliably at x16 gen4, between an ASRock Taichi x670e with 7950x and a 3090 ti, using a 7950x. The cable can bend down enough at the MB x16 slot to vertically mount the GPU in the location closest to the motherboard in a corsair 7000d, with a 3D-printed support under the riser's pcie slot for support between the two taller standoffs included with the case. There's still just enough room behind the GPU to route the m.2 slots out to pcie x4 slots instead via slimsas cabling, and to route the USB 2.0 ports to the one vertical backplate behind the GPU. The dynamic link speed works via the riser also - whenever the card is working hard it stays at gen4; when idling it can drop to PCIE 1.1 then switch back up when it needs to do something. Footnote: Note that these particular two m.2 slots are 3 hops from the CPU (via both chipset chips), so they won't be the fastest, but it's nice to not just have them permanently hidden under the GPU with no room for a connector/adapter (when mounting the GPU normally). This way I can run a cheap 10g optical nic from the m.2 that would have been blocked by the GPU, without having to buy an even more expensive motherboard just for built-in 10g (and I prefer optical anyway, so yay). As at least one other reviewer mentioned, the slots in the PCB are slightly narrower than a normal case screw. I suspect they're sized for m3 screws instead of a typical case screw. But it's pretty easy to just use a screw to ream them out along their whole length before installing, by "tightening" the screw beyond where it's screwed into the slot (with nothing on the other side), and working the screw along the slot as you tighten it into the slot, gradually removing just enough PCB material to make the slot wider. Careful not to get any bits into the riser's x16 slot though. Mine arrived with a slight scratch on the x16 slot, and a little bit of something in the riser's slot. But it wasn't significant - easy to remove, not sticky. Just might be a good idea to carefully check the slot and tweezer out anything that's obviously not supposed to be there before installing. Not taking off a star for this because it was probably a fluke, and the riser works great.

Quality made pcie riser cable
I used this one for my cooler master vertical gpu bracket as I needed something shorter for my micro atx case to which this riser cable did the job pretty well. I was able to bend it well to conform it to my case. My pc was able to detect it right away without issues.

Does what it's supposed to, but lacks some refinement
First of all mounting this thing is kind of a pain. The slots for the adjustment on the 90º bottom portion aren't preset for anything in particular so you kind of have to guess and check as you mount it and hope the card fits, if it doesn't then you have to remove the card and adjust (no way to screw it in when a large card is on it). The instructions say you're also free to drill if you want to because the board on the bottom is just a dummy, which is nice but there is no pre done measurements / specific branding tie in to make it easy. Good for options, bad for quick use. The standard motherboard standoffs and screws used to mount this in the Corsair 5000X also are slightly larger than the slots, so once the screw is in it's kind of stuck until you pop it out. Mine also arrived with the rear secure tab for the PCIe click in portion broken off and missing. It still works, and luckily this is a very large and heavy desktop so I'm not overly concerned, but it is always a little concerning getting something broken already (even if it's just a plastic security piece). That all aside, it went in fairly well, the cord is manageable, and the card seated and booted up. No major reduction in power for the 3080 RTX I've seen, benchmarks seemed normal. Do note that if you have a chonker of a card (mine is a 3080 RTX FTW3 Ultra from EVGA) you may see a slight bit of sag to the rear even after everything is fully secure. Not nearly as bad as horizontal mounting, but just be aware. Also if mounting a fat card in the Corsair 5000D/5000X (and likely moreso in the 4000 series) it will be VERY close to the glass. If you have good airflow this shouldn't be an issue, and GPU temps themselves are pretty solid for me, but if you have your tower pressed up against something or stuffed under a desk you may see more residual heat. That all being said, I specifically moved this because my RAM (4 DIMM of 16GB Corsair RGB 3200MHz RAM) was running too warm right over the GPU. This dropped my RAM temps at idle about 10 degrees Celsius (no joke) and about 8 while doing RAM intensive items. It also helped lower my PCH temp issue on the ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A motherboard because there was a heat zone trapped behind the card near the M.2 drives, lowering that 4-5º as well. No increase to CPU temp by moving it (1-2º drop at idle) with a top mount H150i AIO in 6 fan Push/Pull setup. Basically everything I wanted to help cool I got (and more than expected) at little to no gain in GPU temps. As for the look compared to horizontal mount... I'm getting used to it. It's not bad but it does look weird. All the space you would "gain" isn't really a gain because of the cable, and working on plugging things in on the bottom half of the board is going to be tighter now. With that said it does help hide out cables you have coming out from your PSU shroud or around the bottom of the motherboard. TLDR: Serves it's purpose, works decently, kind of a pain to mount and get a large card mounted but doable, questionable QA out of the factory with a broken plastic part that doesn't impact functionality.

A riser cable that works at advertised speeds
I wanted to mount my graphics card vertically on my new build I did a few months ago. I upgraded from an i7-4770K paired with an Asus TUF Sabertooth Z87 motherboard to an i7-12700K along with an ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A motherboard. I decided to keep my old GPU, an EVGA GTX 1080ti, in anticipation of getting a new video card later this year. I’m also still on windows 10. I wanted to get a riser cable that was PCIe 4.0 compliant to pair with the new card I will eventually get. There are not a lot of PCIe 4.0 riser cables out there. And the one's I found had poor reviews. I found this cable and it even came in white. It matched my motherboard, case, RAM, and my AIO CPU cooler. My case, a white Corsair iCUE 5000X RGB Tempered Glass case, has mounting holes on the PSU shroud to mount the GPU vertically. Using some case standoff screw’s, I was able to install the riser cable and mount my GPU vertically. It looks fantastic. I got the 25 cm cable. I wanted to make sure I had a long enough cable, so it reached the board and mounting spot and possibly go around an expansion card if I wanted to add one later. I plan on obtaining a Nvidia RTX 40 series and I will update my review if the cable fails to deliver PCIe 4.0 speeds.

Parfait cette Riser à réglé mon problem de Riser sur ma config. Avec Mon boitier Cooler Master C700P une riser de livrer elle fonctionnais très bien avec Mon ancienne carte mère encore en PCIe2 + ma RTX3080. Après avoir fini mon upgrade X570 + Ryzer 5800X impossible de faire démarré la config Erreur "CMOS VGA 94". Après débug j'ai trouvé que la carte mère détecter automatique que ma carte est un PCIe Gen 4 Mais le cable Riser d'origine était seulement PCIe Gen3. Petite astuce branché la CG sur le dernier port PCIe (PCIe_3 x4) aller dans le Bios et forcer le Gen 3 sur les PCIe_2 et _1. ça dépanne en attendant de recevoir ça nouvelle Riser. Depuis la Réception de ma "LINKUP - Ultra PCIe 4.0 X16 Câble Riser" tous fonctionne j'ai pu repassé dans le Bios en PCIe Gen4 . apres plusieurs heure de Benchmark rien à signaler. Mais attention à bien prendre la version "ULTRA" ce n'est pas très claire mais il y a aussi une version "Extrême" qui est bien moins performante elle est noté juste compatible PCie Gen4/3 et pas certifier PCIe Gen4.

Acheté pour une 3090 Aorus et il fonctionne parfaitement! Je l'ai monté sur le support vertical cooler master en changeant le cable par celui-ci. PCIE 4.0 merci la technologie de toujours brider pour vendre...

ケース: Cooler Master NR200 マザボ: Gigabite B550 AUROS PRO AX グラボ: Galakuro RTX 3060 White縦置き 上記の組み合わせに関しては長さ5cmがジャストフィットでした。 いざ取り付ける時に長さが足りないのはショックなので、最初は大は小を兼ねるで10cmにしようかと迷いましたが思い切って正解。ケーブル長誤差が±10mmと記されているので少し不安はありました(笑)。 きちんとPCIEX4.0x16で認識され、減衰も感じられず、快調にゲームを楽しめております。 良い買い物でした!
