Take your time with assembly!
This is excellent for my home gym & a few clients. You can get creative for sure! Assembly took 4 hours by 2 experienced DIYers & wasn’t great as we were missing a few pieces. Still, worth it!

It’ll Do
The Good: It meets basic needs. It’s not going to be at commercial level. The cage does what it needs to. Easy to put together. The Bad: The cables have already worn away after minor use. Again, not commercial level but I would expect a bit more. The Tbar attachment is junk. It was a great idea but the welds are so weak that it can’t hold a 45lb plate without bending. The other thing that I don’t like which is minor is the J hooks for racking the bar. I’ve found the bar gets caught on the top.

Sturdy and good quality
My 14 year old put it together with his friend, so you can too! We wanted something that would last but wouldn’t break the bank and it was a perfect choice! Quality seems like it’s gonna last and I feel that it’s safe for my kid/ partner to use.

Awesome Home Gym!
This is an awesome home gym! It’s solid, well built and all the parts were included. Take your time to study the instructions for each step because they’re only diagrams, but parts are listed at the top of each page in the order they’ll be used for assembly. I’m a 53 year old woman and was able to complete the entire assembly by myself over the course of a couple days. Total assembly time took me about 6 hours but I was taking my time and being very careful. The bench arrived a couple of days after the first boxes were delivered so I sent a question to the seller about it and received a friendly and quick response. Overall I’m very happy with this home gym and highly recommend it.

Great buy
this is a great quality rack and this is coming from someone who uses a 700 dollar rack and a 1200+ rack. i can definitely say that this is 100% worth your money and i put this all together myself (15) easy besides the pully i messed up on and it can still be fixed
