No water is ever getting through this stuff, EVER!
Awesome stuff. The adhesive on the tape and very strong, once stuck down it very difficult to take off. When I had to re-adjust a small section it took off some OSB with it. It’s impenetrable, no liquid is ever getting through it, ever! Installation is simple even for a clueless diyer like me, it sits and sticks onto the surface no problem and you can just smooth it out with your hand, I’d highly recommend it.

More flexible than Blueskin, although not as thick. They work well together, actually. It says no primer needed, but I used the Resisto primer in the cold weather and Frog Tape stuck well. It is very thin, which should be ok for flashing around openings, but I like the Blueskin for the sill as it is thick, has a protective membrane, and is bitumin.
