Nice thick texture and delicious flavor
Actually very good cheese for the price . The flavor is delicious and I'm used to buying a lot more expensive cheeses at zabars. There's really nothing bad I can say about this cheese especially for the cost . It melts well for omelettes which is my favorite thing about it.

This cheese had a nice fruity apricot after-taste. Not the best sharp cheddar I've eaten, but the price is really good

Cabot cheese--very sharp
I wasn't expecting that really sharp taste of Cabot cheese, but I shredded it into my grits and it added an extra pizzazz to my grits. It would probably be very tasty in bakes mac-n-cheese which I might try.
