This stuff really works!! We saw a significant decrease on day 6. I thought it was too good to be true. Noticed one squirrel still coming to the bait and now nothing has touched the bait stations as of day 11. We started with 3 bait stations and a 5lb bucket which only lasted us 4 days, hurried and bought another 5lb since it would get here faster than the 25lb. Then purchased a 25lb and 2 more bait stations. We really didn’t need the last bait and bait stations as nothing is being touched. I am amazed at how fast this worked. We had problems with the product not being delivered as specified when ordering so plan ahead so you don’t run out. It’s hard to estimate how many squirrels you have wanting to eat this bait and they love it.

I have been removing 70 California Ground Squirrels EACH YEAR from my residential property using a number of wire cage traps. There was no observed change in the level of burrowing, tunneling and nesting activity as squirrels migrated in from adjoining areas to replace the ones I removed. This year I have been using Kaput Ground Squirrel Bait in combination with JT Eaton Top Loader Bait Stations. Observed ground squirrel activity has gone to zero on my property, and the same wire traps remain empty. HOWEVER I have refilled the bait stations every few days, confirming that visiting squirrels are taking the bait. I have used 50 lbs of KAPUT so far this year. Nearby neighbors have noted a decrease in their squirrel populations. Our gray squirrels remain active, alive and well. KAPUT seems to be attractive only to the Ground Squirrels being targeted....

This squirrel bait Does Not Work in Louisiana they will not eat it I need my money 💰 back😣

Pricey but works well

Works pretty good but requires a lot. I must have gone through a quarter of it before. It even started working a little bit but ultimately it did work and got rid of at least five to seven squirrels

I agree with many of the reviewers that this product takes time to work based on the concentration levels. Ramik & WIlco both worked much better for me in the past, but thanks to our wonderful legislators we cannot buy those. Yes, we can't buy CALIFORNIA Ground Squirrel bait in CALIFORNIA! We also can't shoot them in the city limits, nor can we trap them and move them away from homes. But we can pay thousands for foundation work after these buggers destroy our foundations. But that's another discussion......

Great item!

I hesitate to recommend this because I'd prefer the ground squirrels move out than die. However, this year we had a lot of rain in the spring and the rodent population exploded. We had four or five times the number of ground squirrels that we usually have each year, and they've been very destructive, digging up our property and under our foundation. Hadn't seen that before. We tried to smoke them out, placed audio "thumpers" to scare them away, placed different kinds of traps, but nothing worked. We put this bait out in locked boxes and within two weeks, the population was under control. We still have them on our property, but this bait eradicated them from near the house. They eat the bait and die in their burrows, so it's not poisoning other animals that might feed off their carcasses.
