Will this catch grey squirrels?

Yes it will catch squirrels. I used the traps for chipmunks that got in my barn. Be careful where you place the trap I have caught a bird or two inadvertently using peanuts for bait

Can you use this for mice as well?

Yes, it catches anything that triggers the mechanism

Where can you buy extra bait cups? Mine broke on 1st use.

Did you find replacement bait cups? I also need.

Are these traps plastic or metal?

It's plastic. The best traps ever! Once you have snapped the rat, toss the whole thing in the trash. I caught three rats in my yard in one week with these traps. Don't worry about reusing, toss. It's not like the metal gofer traps. Get the rats.....
