Sorry i don't know. I no longer have the toothpaste. Does any toothpaste have palm oil in? I'd be surprised if it did. You could email the company directly.

Not sure about using for sensiitve teeth, I started using it years ago to help with those annoying little mouth ulcers and it has worked wonders (only 1 or 2 a year now) + I like the taste.Sorry I can't help about the sensitivity.
