Amazing delivery with no issues at all, Great product

Using for my eufy x8 pro SES

I have the eufy 10x omni and i’ve been using this as recommended by eufy. So far i have no complaints, i like that it safe to use around pets, and i noticed that my floor are clean and shiny after using it. As for the scent, it smells nice in the bottle but there is almost no smell when the robot starts mopping. I am giving it 4 starrs because it doesn’t stay in stock for long so if u run out of this stuff good luck finding it again

I was initially very pleased with this floor cleaner—it performed well and met expectations during the first three months of use. Unfortunately, it then stopped charging entirely. I returned the unit to the manufacturer for inspection and repair, but it has now been over two months without a resolution. Communication has been minimal, and I’ve received very little information or updates regarding the status of my product. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of timely support and clear communication has been disappointing. Based on this experience, I’m unlikely to purchase another product from this company in the future. I hope they can improve both the reliability of their products and their after-sales service.

No scent and cleans my floors well. I love this robot and this cleaner especially because I hate mopping myself. I think it’s a great buy at a good price to ensure your floors are clean

Good cleaning product, very concentrate so a little goes a long way. There is no real scent once the hoover mops, but the concentrate does have a pleasant smell. Does leave behind any streaks or residue which is brilliant and it keeps the eufy device operating effectively.

I was a little hesitant to buy this since it’s a bit pricey for a floor-cleaning liquid. Still, I decided to give it a shot because the floor in my new apartment smelled stinky due to the pet urine from the previous tenant. It turned out to be totally worth the investment! The floor gets much cleaner with this product—the dirty water tank ends up way dirtier than usual—and the Eufy mop pads no longer smell bad like they used to without this liquid. Also, just a little goes a long way. I fill the tank to the max with water and add about 15ml of this liquid. The instructions say to dilute 10ml in 2 liters of water, and my tank holds about 2.5 liters. So with one bottle, I can refill the tank around 31 times—which is a lot! Since it needs to be heavily diluted, I don’t notice much of the scent after mopping. I do wish it had a stronger fragrance, but it gets the job done, so I’m very satisfied!
