10/10 on every dimension. Sound quality is spectacular. Very full, clear, rich, and balanced sound. Great for every kind of music. Volume is perfect. The rubber attachments make for a very comfortable fit. Its easy to forget yoyre wearing them. The interactivity is quite fun and useful. I never had ear buds that were so handy. The waterproofing is great. I regularly wear them under ear-muffs during outdoor work and they work great even when wet for hours. Also, they work great as an indoor phone headset. Can talk for hours on them without audio problems. Batteries last forever. Also, my first pair failed randomly back in 2023, and Sennheiser repaired them for no charge. Since the repair, theyve been working great (2+years). I've used these things for 3900+ hours at this point and they are still like new in every way. It's rare nowadays to buy something like this and have them work so well for so long. Truly a premium product. Worth every penny. Ty Sennheiser!

Great sound quality, very comfortable, and the battery lasts a long time before needing a charge. These buds come with a variety of in ear nubs as well as what I'm calling "fins" that sit inside the loopy part of your ear. I ended up using the smallest nubs and 2nd smallest fins and they stay in my ears comfortably without falling out. Touch controls on either side are customizable through the app. Sadly, the case doesn't have wireless charging from what I understand. They seem to be pretty durable from the materials used. And as expected, Sennheiser did a fantastic job with the audio from this product, and I'd say they're well worth the money.

I have only used the earbuds about a dozen or so times. Mostly for jogging which is 15-20 minutes. A couple of times for bicycling around for a few hours. THE GOOD They have an IP rating for water resistance. Great for working out and resisting a few rain drops. The sound quality is pretty good, especially the bass. They are comfortable in the ear for a somewhat extended period of time, but not all day. Eventually my ear gets tired and hurts from them. So under 2 hours of use is ideal. Your mileage may vary. THE MEDIOCRE These are not extremely loud when using outside in a busy street, such as walking, jogging, bicycling, or any outdoor activity with heavy vehicle traffic around. I'm sure they are perfect for hiking, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, or the like, where there is some quiet. THE BAD After a few uses, the left earbud has begun lowering the volume by itself after a few minutes of use, becoming inaudible, making only the right earbud produce proper sound level based on the volume level of the connected device. I can barely hear the left earbud. I have to go through the ritual of disabling all Bluetooth devices, manually restoring the earbuds to factory settings, re-paring them with each other, using the Sennheiser app to also perform a factory reset, putting them into the charging case to turn off, take them out of the charging case, reconnect them to device, sacrificing various animals and praying to some undead god beyond the cosmos, just get both earbuds working properly. And it only lasts for a few minutes, maybe 10-15, before it does it again. This is garbage. MY RECOMMENDATION If you have some money that wants to be liberated from your possession, buy these earbuds, use them a few times, and cherish each of those times it works. Then subsequently smash them with a hammer, because they will be more useful as broken pieces of plastic and electronic innards, then keeping it around, frustrating you to no end as to why the damn earbuds don't work properly.

After nearly one year of use, I find that it has the occasional connection problem in matters of not recognizing when it's fully seated inside the charging case box, still maintaining its Bluetooth connection to my phone. Or, that it has trouble turning on the first time after taking it out, requiring one or two more attempts of taking it in and out of the case again. Other than that, the audio quality of the Sennheiser wireless earbuds is fantastic, and the shape of it keeps it very secure inside my ears while remaining comfortable for at least an hour minimum. Definitely last way longer than Samsung wireless earbuds so far! Highly recommend.

These are exactly what I wanted - a high quality ear bud set that will be my main workout pair (including running or mountain biking, so they need to be extra secure), but that I could also use in place of my "casual listening" pair in a pinch if the sound was good enough. I feel like a lot of these reviews don't understand the basics of using ear hooks, or the necessity of using the app to flip between the two sound modes depending on the open ear tips or closed ear tips. If you're going to use the open ear tips (which have a couple tiny holes to let in some outside sound - not much, but enough that you can have a conversation without removing them), the Sennheiser app adjusts the base profile to make everything sound great. Same with using the closed tips. I tried using the "wrong" settings on purpose to see the difference and wow, it changes the sound signature quite a bit to account for the open/closed earspace. And they nailed it in keeping it sounding consistent depending on which ears tips you're using. PS - You also need to do the firmware update in the app. Some nitpicks have long been addressed, it seems. Anyhow, I FINALLY found my workout pair. It's been years of searching. Definitely better sound than my Beats Fit Pro (very solid performer and almost perfect, but not great enough to justify the extra $100) or Earfun air pro 2s (which sounded awesome and are a great value, but I had to put an aftermarket silicone ear wing attachment on them every time i used them to keep them in, but which wouldnt fit back in the charging case if the tip was still attached). These Sennheisers sound better than those two. These sound comparable to the Jabra Elite 85T and might actually have more crisp bass response. Loving the very robust battery life for a TW style earbud. No issues at all so far.

First, I should say I have purchased many Sennheiser headphone products (I should also clarify that this was before they were sold not so long ago). So far my experience with the earbuds has been somewhat disappointing and I'm readying to invoke the warranty. Given the history, I'll accept a new pair of the earbuds given to the reasoning that this one was faulty, perhaps bad quality control. As for their functioning, from day 1 the earbuds always charged unevenly and often 1 bud either didn't fully charge or wasn't able to connect without my having to make several attempts at cutting it off & on. Finally, the right earbud decided it didn't want to work any longer (when I tap I could hear it respond but it would never play anything. So, for 1 week I walked around and worked out with 1 earbud working). At other times, before I realized there was something wrong, 1 earbud would cut out or was so low that I thought my years on army field artillary had finally caught up. The experience was disconcerting to say the least. As I said when I began this post, I had many Sennheiser handphones and genuinely liked the company but as with lots of things today I believe there needs more attention on Quality Control. It's not like these things are cheap!

I am impressed with the Sennheiser earbuds I've been using. The noise cancellation feature is incredibly effective and allows me to block out all external noise, which is awesome. I also appreciate that I can adjust them to be more aware of my surroundings, which is useful when I'm walking on the streets. The sound quality is fantastic, with crisp bass and mid-tones that make my music sound incredibly rich and full. Although the higher end could be better, it still does a decent job. During the first year or two, they lasted for a long time on a single charge, allowing me to enjoy my music for hours. However, after years of constant use, the battery life has significantly reduced, but that's understandable given the product's age. Overall, I am very happy with these earbuds and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality audio experience.

When these headphones work, they work fine. The sound quality is about what I would expect from this price range. They sound better than airpods but nowhere near as good as over-ear headphones. The sound is plenty good for the exercise and mobile settings I bought them for. The big problem I have with these headphones is their extremely finnicky connectivity. There is a lot to be said for earbuds that simply work when you put them on. Their primary job is to sit in a pocket, come out when it's time for a run / study / walk / etc, then go back. Their job is not to require a resync every time they are used. Did you pull one earbud out of the case too soon before the other one? Oops, you don't get to hear out of the other one now, you'll have to start the pairing over. Did you remember to bring the rather boxy mini-yeti-cooler-size case with you in your running shorts? No? Then it's ambient noise for you. When they work, they work fine. Decently comfortable. The noise cancelling is really more about just making a seal so you do hear every movement of your body, but they are $100. For this price range, the most important thing for me is that they work. These often do not work. If you want good sound, get a pair of Grados headphones. If you want reliable workout earbuds, get a set of JLA or Jabra.

イヤーフィン付きが好きなのと買い易い値段だったので購入した。音源はMP3プレーヤーだが、このイヤホンのタッチセンサーは大変使い易く、すべての操作が誤動作無く使え気に入っている。アプリは使ってないが、低音、高音のバランスがよく音質も良い。只、イヤホンが充電されているのか何もサインが無いので分かりにくい。

The sound is great, and you can change it via the Sennheiser app. The earbuds themselves are very large, and even though you can change the wingtip/fin size, you still have the massive eardbud in your ear. A reason for me to return it, as I did not find it comfortable at all, let along on longer periods of having them in my ears. The case itself is also quite bulky. Sennheiser: please make this smaller and you will have superb (sport) inears.

Son de qualité. J'ai plusieurs écouteurs intra auriculaires et la qualité est très respectable. Meilleurs que mes House of Marley. Moins bien que mes B&O sport, mais ils tiennent mieux. . Ils restent très bien à leur place. Un peu légers, ils ont l'air un peu cheap en main, mais ils remplissent leur fonction très correctement.

product is thrash. definitely not worth it. the buds disconnect from each other repeatedly and you have to reset them all the time. battery is rubbish too, in comparison with my last headphones from anker, they would last for days using it for hours, this one in around 2 days is already needing to charge.
