If you are 50+ take this suppliment!
Anyone in my age group should try this supplement. The benefits are noticeable after taking consistently. Can tell the difference in energy when using it. The company has other supplements I've used and trust this brand. The price is very competitive compared to other sellers with the same ingredients.

Alright
I took this supplement among several and I think it helped improve general mood and energy, but I bought it more for hair growth, and I do believe it was helping my scalp produce more new hair. I also do work out on occasion, and I believe it seemed to give me a light strength boost, but I would have to take more to be sure. The ingredient blend seems like a sensible mix of stuff. The price was pretty good too. The only thing I have to reduce a star for is that these uncoated capsules are big and powdery, so I almost choked a few times trying to take them, plus it makes them smell a little. I would highly suggest they improve these to make them easier to swallow. I think I'd buy them again though.

Good product, started noticing a difference in my energy and drive about 2 weeks in. Felt a noticeable difference in strength when lifting.

Don't go down easy and can't tell any difference. Waste of money. I wish I could return them for a refund.

Good but some caveats
Helps with recovery, and deep sleepily with vivid dreams taking this, but keep it at a half dose - a full dose can lead to headaches in the morning after testing it myself and some friends. Smell is also a bit strong, would be great if they came in capsule form for a smaller dose
