Is this coffeemaker BPA free?

How do you know that this is BPA free since I have not been able to find a coffee maker that has on the box: BPA Free. Very frustrating!

when i pull the carafe out will the coffee continue to come out of top?

I use this coffee maker daily, and never have the patience to wait for the whole pot to brew. When I pull the carafe out, the drip stops temporarily until I put it back. Unlike my last coffee maker, this one doesn't drip at all while I'm "cheating" :-)

5 coffee cups, but how many ounces does it hold???

One*major* point of confusion with coffee makers at least in the US is that the "number of cups" listed is based on the size of an actual *proper* "Coffee Cup" - which only holds 5 ounces. What is commonly referred to today as a "coffee cup" holding 8-12 oz, most commonly 10 oz is more properly termed a coffee *mug.* Therefore, a "5 cup coffee maker" holds 25 oz of coffee, a "12 cup coffee maker" holds 60 oz of coffee, etc. There is no correlation between "number of cups" on a coffee machine and a measuring cup. The coffee *mug* used to be something of a novelty item - I remember when they first really started making an appearance. Just one of those little bits of "common knowledge" that everyone knew, that is no longer common knowledge at all.

Does it grind coffee beans? Can I make a coffee with coffee beans using this machine?

It does not grind beans, you'll have use pre-ground coffee. If you buy any bags from a coffee shop they will grind it for you for free!
