Received damaged and used product sold as new
Product seems good so far, but I received a clearly used item for $209 sold as new. That is not okay. So far the brace feels nice so I re-ordered again hoping I’ll get a new one this time. However, the one I received was haphazardly put into the damaged product box, has lots of visible damage to all sides, and had pet hair on it right out of the box. At this price point, that is unacceptable. I will update the review if the replacement is better.
