These magnesium tablets are good but a bit big to swallow. They didn’t leave an after taste. I had a good nights sleep and felt relaxed.

I've suffered for years with aching legs after any exercise, even a shortish walk. These pills have solved that and I'm sleeping very well too. Difficult to swallow but I get them down with a full glass of water.

These are really great for strength however as other reviewers have mentioned they’re really large.I think the issue is that there isn’t much coating on the capsules which makes them hard to swallow.I advise to get a really big mouthful of water with each capsule to aid them being swallowed. I have found that they can get stuck in the throat a little though as they’re so dry.

Using regularly, third bottle I've bought. No taste when taking. No side effects, value for money. Standard size, take with a glass of water.

I’ve taken these for 3 days so it’s early to tell about any results. HOWEVER the tablets are enormous and not coated so they’re extremely difficult to swallow. They are not only long but also fat and even broken in half they are not easy to get down. If I buy again I’ll look for capsules 💊*UPDATE*- seller kindly sent capsule replacement which are perfect to take

The different forms of magnesium have made a noticeable effect in my life, helping me with all sorts of related problems. The seller recently switched the capsule to a smaller form, which solved the issue of having a hard-to-swallow tablet. Overall, I have 0 complaints and only praise for this product! Already on my second bottle and will continue ordering!
